I as a disabled person feel publicly humiliated because the worker made a huge deal out of my disability in a wheel chair while smiling and laughing at the situation with her co works. The animosity and audacity of this corporation is dis hearting and I will not being coming back here ever again.

I returned to the shop, but they claimed nothing was wrong. It's clear the sensor stopped working after the tire replacement. When I asked to speak with the manager, he also seemed annoyed and didn't even bother to leave his desk, insisting it wasn't broken. The shop showed no interest in fixing the issue. I chose this place because it's close to my house, but now I'm out of pocket for the damage they caused. I regret not leaving when I saw the manager's wife and kids in the office. I won't be returning and am currently trying to contact the shop's owner for reimbursement.

Came across the gift card recently and I reached out to the Water Boys to see if I could still use it. They wouldn't accept it unless I had receipt of purchase or had name of purchaser. I didn't have either as it was a group GIFT. The gentlemen that helped try to answer me was very pleasant. Initially said it shouldn't be a problem. A couple weeks passed and never heard from him. When I contacted him again, he informed me they wouldn't accept after all. Pretty lame for a business but I get it, they already had the money and didn't have to do anything.
