Even before entering the building, you could already tell something was wrong because both trash cans were overflowing with trash. As soon as I stepped into the women's bathroom you could tell that place hadn't been cleaned for some time. The floor inside both stalls was wet with what I hope it was water. Anyhow, the only reason why I am not giving them one star was because the store itself had a nice selection of items, and was able to buy some medicine and milk for my baby.
