Love this Filipino bakery! Every time I come in it feels like I'm a kid in a candy store, lol. When you enter Seafood City, Valerio's is to your left. They're tucked in the corner and their baked goods are always organized and stocked. The space is clean and they position the bakery in a way where it's one way in/one way out, so it flows. My go-to here is their Royale bibinka, turon, sao pao, and pandesal. They have other goodies, which they've experimented with and would put out to see if anyone would eat it, most part it would be delicious! The cashier is nice and they've been patient when it would come to older customers based on my observation. That's something I admire about this place, pretty chill for everyone to get their Filipino baking goods.

It was about 7pm and my mom was craving some pandesal. However, she didn't want the standard pandesal but the wheat kind. The first Valerio we stopped by didn't have any, but recommended this location makes them. So my mom calls this location and places an order for them and other baked goods. About 20 minutes later, we arrive and they are hot and fresh! Located inside the corner of Seafood City, this Valerio location has many things to offer. I picked up several other goodies, including my favorite Ube Crinkle cookies, which were buy one get one free! Apparently, they mark down items that have a close expiration date. But I don't mind because I could always freeze them and heat up and enjoy later! The Hopia Baboy was also fresh and tasty. Since we live far from a Valerio, we have to buy from our local Filipino store and it isn't always the freshest. Overall, this location was very nice and helpful. The food looked fresh and tasted great. And they have the prices and expiration date placed on the items (unlike some other bakeries). Overall, great experience!

How is a bakery that opens at 7am only have turon and Empanada ready in the ready display at 10 am? That's ridiculous. All other bakeries are usually filled with goodies when doors open. After a lot of back and forth of what i wanted to order, So I asked what is ready. Misinformation all around from the bakers to the front. There is no real communication at this place. And they should not have almost ready racks in front and in view of customers. Then the actual bagging of the breads needs to be rethought. They get smooshed together in the bags, especially the newly baked items.

72 Pieces of freshly baked and tasty Pandesal!!!

Valerio's bakery never fails with our expectations. We ordered 90 pieces of Pandesal an hour before they closed. With no doubt they were able to prepare and complete our big order. The staff was very friendly as always. Only 72 pieces made it to San Antonio, Texas for my parents because we couldn't resist the smell and ended up eating 18 of them. Lol. They stayed fresh placing them in plastic in the boxes. We completed our delivery to Texas and my mom was very pleased. Thanks Verio for the best Pandesal in town!!!!

Everything for you could wish for and so fresh!! I had a hard time choosing just a few. And open on Christmas Day!

Balintawak
Laila E.

I was disappointed today with the bakery. By not having Balintawak bread. I asked, the lady if she knew when they'll have Balintawak, again? She said, try on Wednesday and Thursday. I heard a man behind her said, no time to make it, in Tagalog language. I was looking forward to give my grandson. He super like it, when I gave him last week. I wished, they had a sign up to see when other breads were made on certain days. The area is decent and cool to walk around and see the goods.

Inside the mango pastry

Been here a few times when I have stopped by Seafood City. This time we decided to try a mishmash of treats: Ube pastry: nice crispy pastry with generous amount of yummy ube filling Mango pastry: this was my favorite of the bunch. The pastry is nice and crispy and the mango filling is just the right amount of sweetness and tang Ube malasada: obviously would taste best when fresh but it was okay. There's ample rich ube filling. Vegetable lumpia: one of the better ones. I actually really enjoyed this. Lots of veggie filling Turon with langka: least favorite of the bunch. It was dry and stale. The jackfruit was hard and flavorless. I was hoping it would be soft on the inside and sweet and caramelized on the outside. Barely tasted the banana Not nearly the best bakery in town, but it's a convenient stop if you're already at Seafood City. Of the above, would get the puff pastries and vegetable lumpia again.

Amazing hot pan de sal! My favorite is the ukoy and the malasadas. They have ube, Bavarian, nutella. Great place! Come try it!

Turon

I think I find hidden gem in my neighborhood. This was the first time trying this place. I was in the Seafood market so many time but never step by there. Today I was hungry and really wanted something to eat. As soon as I stepped in I felt the pleasant smell of freshly baked goods, it was so amazing I felt like I went back through times and felt like I was in middle school again, we had that bakery close to our school. Anyway the lady on the register was super nice and explained me everything and answer all my questions. There is endless choices of Filipino goods that I am not familiar with but I wanted to give a try. I choose one of the goodies behind the glass it's called Turon and it was delicious, sweet and crispy dough with plantation inside, it was perfect, I was so glad that I actually went there. Definitely coming back to try out more stuff. It will be my stop before work

Vegetable lumpia, get them early since they always run out by afternoon

Bought my favorite vegetable lumpia here! Freshly made and reasonably priced. Get them early since they always run out by afternoon. You can also get fresh pandesal and other Filipino bakery items.

Can't wait to try my first purchase of their Mini Cheese Ensaymada bread! I came looking for Ube flavored bread and found this beauty. Must come to Valerio's Bakery if you're in Las Vegas!

I always buy something at Valerio's! They have a great selection of different Filipino pastries, including fusion flavors.

Ordered an ube coffee. Beyond amazing. Also got two strawberry cheese cake doughnuts and a mango mascarpone doughnut. Normally not a huge fan of filling doughnuts but these were perfect. Very small interior, but a vast selection of treats. They offer donuts, cookies, even banana bread! Unfortunately with my evening visit, all of the donuts were sold out. Again, I came for the cookies so not a problem. I chose the Cookie Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie as well as the White Chocolate Chip Ube. I took them home as take out. Despite cooling down a bit, they stayed pretty warm (I still microwaved for good measure). These cookies are incredibly gooey, not at all cakey, and just sweet enough to still be flavorful. Infinitely surpasses the quality of chains like Crumbl. Great stop in Centennial Hills amongst several businesses. Even relatively walkable for Las Vegas. Sweet find!

It didn't taste artificial at all like at St**b**ks. I'm pretty sure they make the apple syrup in house. Perfectly spiced and comforting. I would come back just for this drink but unfortunately I think it's a seasonal item. Strawberry Mille-Feuille: They make this fresh, so I had to wait about 5-10 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. The pastry was beautifully crispy and the cream had the perfect texture with visible vanilla bean specks. I even found myself licking the paper it came on and didn't care who saw me because it was that good. Mushroom Crêpe: Yes, it's worth the hype. The photos online make it look very cheesy, but it's actually quite light. My husband doesn't like cheese and couldn't even taste it. I ordered it without mayo to keep it a little lighter. The tiny mushrooms were adorable, and it comes served in a cute crêpe holder. Coconut Cake: The cake was incredibly soft and fluffy with custard cream layered in between. They didn't have individual slices, so I ordered the mini cake for $17. Yes, I ate the entire thing. Yes, it was delicious. Yes, I think I've had enough coconut cake now in one sitting to last a lifetime. Yuzu Panna Cotta: Very unique. I haven't seen this dessert anywhere else. The yuzu adds a bright tangy flavor that almost makes the panna cotta taste like a creamy citrus yogurt. I'm really glad I tried it. Matcha Latte: Strong, high-quality matcha. Sometimes matcha drinks at cafés taste watered down, but not here. It's topped with matcha foam and little matcha brownie bits, which makes it extra special. Strawberry Dessert: My kids loved this. Every bite was a surprise. My 9-year-old found beans in one bite and then a big strawberry hidden in the middle. It was fun watching them discover it. Parking is easy and straightforward, and the café itself is absolutely adorable. If you have time, sit down and enjoy the experience.

OMG YESSSSS!!! I've had DA's pastries before at the Grove in LA but was not blown away like now!…read moreGimme some DKA aka D's Kouign Amann!! I wish I'd bought four my last day in Vegas because Dad accidentally ate the one for Mom instead of his apple pastry ... and he said there wasn't any filling. Yes, there wasn't supposed to be filling in the crispy, flaky, cinnamon sugar dusted DKA! I first had Cronuts at Paris Baguette so I knew what I was about to experience back at the Grove in 2019. I ordered one here in Vegas and this month's flavor was coconut creme. Very light in flavor, same heaviness I've gotten used to from croissant donuts. They were also offering milk chocolate flavor this month that I wasn't aware of when ordering. I wanted to try the madeleines after gifting a friend the new IOTA hand cream made in partnership with DA himself. I ordered the lemon madeleines instead and was confused since they were coated in this earl grey white chocolate. The madeleine was drenched in maybe milk so it was so soft like tres leches with a lemon custard center. I went back the next day and ordered fresh, piped and baked to order mini madeleines-- twenty pieces for ~$12?! I should've bought at least two orders! And they smell just like the hand cream! So I went and bought myself the cream from ULTA to remember my DA Vegas breakfast runs while staying at Caesar's Palace. Also, my sister LOVES the pain au chocolat! She had it twice and probably should've bought more. It's pricey at $10 but worth the splurge. DKAs also run at $10 each. Get a nice four piece box as a gift for about $41. Oh! I forgot I bought three canelés. Ended up eating two of them. Opt for the bag instead of the box to save money. Custardy center with a chewy exterior, tastes a bit like slightly burnt brown sugar, in the best way possible. Finally tried the infamous chocolate chip cookie shot with steamed Madagascar vanilla milk! The cookie is warmed in their oven for ultimate melty chocolate-ness. I'm glad I shared this.
