But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The staff still said no. That response honestly made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was that I had my service dog with me. From the moment I walked in to place my order, I could already feel that the staff member was unhappy and dismissive. I truly hope that wasn't the reason for the way I was treated, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore.
