If you are in need of a solid haircut, Elias is the man. Down to earth and good vibes in the shop. I came in to add texture to my flat hair and Elias asked all the questions and took the time to finely tune my hair to what I wanted. He also gave tips in styling and what products would help me get the look i want. Right across of Mi Pueblo and a car wash. Make it a convenient to get some food and get you looking right. read more

I'm not a picky guy when it comes to my haircut, or even shop atmosphere, but this place was genuinely terrible. One barber was watching tiktoks while connected to the sound system, the other was smoking a joint right outside the door, and mine was more focused on talking to the others than cutting my hair. Later in the cut, he started to take off the apron and ask me what I thought. I was confused because he hadn't trimmed the top or front of my hair at all. I asked him if he got the top yet and he said "oh sh*t my bad my bad". Later on the other barber began FaceTiming a girl and speaking very vulgar about sexual acts he was going to do with her, mind you his phone was still connected to the sound system. There was a young teenager and his mother in the waiting area and you could tell they were very uncomfortable. Fast forward to the end of my cut and it looks like I got into a fight with a weedwhacker. All jokes aside, the haircut was awful, like a joke awful. How this place has any decent reviews is beyond me (maybe it's only gone downhill recently?). Genuinely the worst establishment I have ever been to, it felt like I was on a prank show or something. read more

First time in, and these guys knocked it out of the park. I've been looking for someone to line up and trim my beard. Made an appointment and got there, sat down, and was immediately impressed with the time and professionalism of my barber. Well done! My second time Coming here always heard good things about Valentino's . Elias really killing it ! He gonna make sure your cut looks good before you leave. 5/5 for sure. If you about looking good then Valentino's is gonna make that happen read more

Great haircut, person cutting my hair had a bad attitude. Also the parking is the worst!!

I booked an appointment in advance for a 3:45 haircut, I showed up 10 minutes early because I've never been there before. So I sat there for probably 15 minutes before someone finally asked me if I had an appointment or not and I said I did and he said it'll just be a moment. I'm not a very Impatient person and I really had nothing else going on so I just sat waiting patiently, i also have to say most the barbers werent cutting hair, they were sitting around on their phones and vaping. Another 10 minutes pass and someone comes in for a walk in, they sit next to me and someone comes up to us and i think to myself "ok great im finally gonna get my haircut" but no he asked the walk in dude to come get his cut before me!!!!At this point I was pretty mad but I still tried giving the benefit of the doubt, I finally looked at my clock and realized about 40 minutes has passed so I decided "screw it" and left. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. read more

Waited 2days for an opponent only to be told the person cutting my hair wasn't there. So pissed! It's Friday don't you think they should have called to tell me that before I drove down there. Unprofessional. Will never go there again! read more

They do not enforce Covid-19 restrictions. They don't wear masks or practice social distancing. Friends and even employees have told me that there is a mask mandate but no one really follows it. Would not recommend for a safe haircut. read more

I'm new to Northern California and I was in search of an LA style shop. A coworker of mine recommended this place to me a few days ago. This place definitely delivered. The staff was super friendly and talented. The parking lot was a little tight but nothing too funky. Also, I was a little weirded out that most people were not wearing masks. Be that as it may, I heavily recommend this barbershop. read more

Chill place for male or female haircuts. Got a cut from Cheeno. All I can say is I found me a new barber. Definitely will be going back. I have mad respect for cheeno he was willing to do a challenging request and delivered. Bless his life! Stop by and ask for him. Super cool people and down to earth individuals. My daughter wanted an undercut with a precision design incorporated. Upon reading reviews, I booked a same day appointment with Travis. Love walking into a new place for the first time with a great vibe. Travis executed my daughter's design with expertise and master of his craft. As a business owner myself, I highly recommend this establishment to those who appreciate customer service, and the quality this Barber Lounge delivers. read more

Valentino's is like going to your friends place to hang out while getting an incredible haircut. I chose this barber shop solely because they had online scheduling and ended up finding my new permanent spot. Elias hooked me up w/ the best cut I've gotten in years, if not ever. All of the barbers are obviously close even outside of work, and the result is a very chill vibe...I spent probably half of the cut just laughing along w/ them. I've gotten nonstop compliments on my haircut and people are in disbelief that I found a barber at random; they assumed I went to a distinguished salon. Highly recommend read more

This is a great barber shop. I really liked the atmosphere. More importantly the guy who gave me.my haircut (Edwin) was really nice and we had a great conversation. He took real care to find out exactly what I want and gave me a really precise haircut. I would highly recommend going here for a haircut even if you have another place in Rohnert Park. read more

Ever since I met Jose in my senior year for a haircut, I've gone anywhere else in the last 4 years, im currently at Sonoma state, and it still feels like it gets better and better every time. All the guys in there know what they're doing. High recommend if you need a haircut. read more

I arrived at Valentino's 15 minutes early and was seated almost immediately. My barber Jose, was quick to start and gave me the best haircut I've received in years. He asked me what kind of cut/style I wanted and actually listened. Make an appointment, they're busy and get a lot of walk-in traffic. Once you make an appointment they send you a text message that confirms the time, barber, etc. - this is a great reminder. There's parking directly in front of the door and plenty of plush seating inside. This is not a fancy place (it looks more like a trophy store then a barber shop) but it's clean and upbeat. My only gripe is the price, they're slightly higher than your average NorthBay barber but the quality of the haircut is worth it. read more

My interaction with ELIAS made this a location for me. I'm new to town and did my homework before making my selection. This review is for Cesar only. I posted another review about him, but it seems he has moved here now so I am making sure he is getting credit for his work. Upon moving to Rohnert Park for undergrad, I had trouble finding a good barber. After I met Cesar, he became my main barber for all four years of undergrad at Sonoma State university. Cesar is very talented and passionate about his work. Also, he is easy going and easy to talk to. He always lines me up perfectly and comes through with that clean cut. If you are interested in designs in your haircut, Cesar is definitely your man. The first design I had him do was a dragon on both sides of my head. Ever since then, I started challenging him by finding random pictures on google for him to do. He has never disappointed and cuts my hair even better than how I imagined it to be. I really regret not taking more pictures of Cesar's work to back this up. I only have 1 selfie with his wind design. Whenever there is a special event coming up, I always make sure I can come get a haircut from him. I have recommended Cesar to several of my friends and it has been a huge success. After getting a haircut from him, I guarantee you will be coming back. read more

Valentino's is a barber shop in Cotati. They have about 8 barbers but ROSIE, the only female I believe in the shop has been cutting my boys hair for 3 years now and she is amazing. Rosie takes her time and is very gentle. She is very good at all of her cuts, my boys have had a few different styles, and she has done each one to perfection. My children love her! I would recommend to anyone. They have video games for the boys to play madden and stuff while waiting for each other to finish. read more

First time here, had a great experience. Didn't have an appointment and they were still able to get me in on short notice. I had my hair cut by Rob who did a great job and killed it on the detail. Walked in with two other (female) friends who wanted different parts of their heads shaved (I just had touch ups on both my side shaves) AJ and Jose took us in as walk ins and did a fantastic job on all our cuts. They were very personable and fun people to be around. They take a lot of care in the cuts that they do. I will definitely be back for some designs when I can as they have some trophies to back up their skills in designs. Great atmosphere and they can definitely deliver a clean cut! Highly recommend. read more

Rude and horrible customer service. I took my son here for a haircut about a couple of months ago. Even though he had an appointment they made him wait almost an hour for his haircut. We thought we'd give them another chance hoping it was a fluke. Today we showed up for the appointment we scheduled and apparently the barber who he was booked to see no longer works there. Instead of calling us to let us know ahead of time or setting my son up with another barber they rudely turned him away (wouldn't even take him as a walk in) without even an apology. I'm so frustrated and hope my review might save someone reading it from wasting their time at this place. read more

These barbers are true professionals and take a lot of pride in their work. They are artists, full stop. I came into their shop on a busy Friday as a walk-in (not recommended, by the way. Make an appointment. They are in-demand) and they didn't turn me away. Instead, they had a can-do attitude and Rob squeezed me in when they had a cancellation. This was my first visit and I came away completely impressed. Best $25 haircut I've ever had. Scratch that - best haircut I've ever had, period, and I've had my hair cut in places around the world. I'm not surprised they've won competitions nation-wide. Pro tip; they're a new shop and are getting a register soon. In the mean time, they take cash. If you don't have cash on you, there's an ATM next door. Try them out, thank me later. read more

Great haircut, but $$$ not $. Mixed feelings about this place. I walked away with a pretty damn good haircut, but the price is a bit on the steep side. Cash only, nearest ATM has a fee. Cut was $27, I handed over $40, got $10 back- happy to tip but asking would have been nice. Cesar is careful and thorough, super nice guy! Asks a lot of questions for clarification to ensure you get what you asked for. Rear blending needs a biiiiit more work but overall it was a really good haircut, the best I've had in a while. TL;DR: Good haircuts, pretty high price, cash only. (Also super loud but that doesn't really bother me). Will be returning in the future! read more

After moving back after college, I was looking for a place to get a solid clean cut. I was scared of looking for a new barbershop, but this place sure didn't disappoint. Got my haircut by Rob and he did an awesome job of giving me exactly what I was looking for. What I really appreciated though was the great attention to detail by not only Rob, but the other barbers that were there as well. If you're looking for a place for a good cut, nice price, and cool barbers, I definitely recommend this place. I'm coming back for sure! read more
