The original green paint was still showing through in multiple areas, edges were uneven, and squares were left unpainted around wall-mounted items instead of removing the hardware (which we were charged extra for). ​When I pointed out the visible green paint during the final walkthrough, the supervisor was incredibly dismissive and hostile, making the experience deeply uncomfortable. Days later, when we opened the closet, we found the door had been reinstalled incorrectly, pulling the baseboard away from the wall and causing structural damage. Furthermore, the crew failed to properly protect our belongings when they returned for additional coats on day 2. We found paint and dust on our furniture, and pink wall paint splatters on my electronics, black furniture, and other expensive items in the room. ​When I contacted the owner to resolve these issues, she refused to take responsibility because the walkthrough was signed. She went so far as to demand my private doorbell camera footage to prove no one else entered the room before she would consider returning. We ultimately had to hire a separate painting company to completely repaint the room and fix the damage, which cost us nearly half of what this company charged. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience as a real paying customer.

Her and husband came out again and explained the process throughly. They let me know, they are not satisfied until the customer is satisfied. I found their estimate to be reasonable. It took 2 days to paint the house, then they came back the third day to pressure clean my driveway and the walkway to my house. The other 2 companies I requested a estimate from never mentioned they'll pressure clean the driveway and pedestrian walk to my house. The supervisor checked in on the workers and me to see if everything was going OK. The painters Lena and Juan did a fantastic job painting my house. Ironically, it's the same color of my late mother's house.

Rasin came in and immediately put me at ease - offering his expert advice but ultimately making sure I got what I wanted. We exchanged renderings and notes for one day and that was the extent of the design process. Installation was quick and simple and it was exactly what I wanted! Keep in mind I did have to have an electrician involved to get the lights, tv and integrated fireplace all installed but he was very clear about that up front. I would absolutely recommend Rasin and plan to use him again in the near future!

They seemed to be go getters and they were very responsive. I actually went with them over other higher priced companies, simply because I was impressed with how they presented themselves. Unfortunately though, even though the guys were well qualified painters, our experience turned sour as time went on. After finishing the interior on job site # 1 in a reasonable amount of time, they skipped the patio roof there and started on the exterior at job site # 2. The exterior at job 2 took much longer than expected. To be fair, weather and their company's Covid complications did play a part in the delays. But on the other hand there were also days where there was a 'chance of rain' that turned out to be nothing and no work was done. There were also a few no show days, where no work was done for no particular reason. These lost days totally sucked. As the job site sat inactive, our house was all wrapped up in opaque plastic to protect the windows. We literally couldn't see anything outside. As the days dragged on and on with no progress, this became pretty irritating. Anyway, they finally got some traction and the exterior at job 2 was eventually finished. At that time, the plan was for them to head back over to job 1 and finish the patio roof. I checked in multiple times over the next few days to see what was going on, but they never started. In fact, they missed multiple promised dates for completion and all I got was excuses. After a while I just gave up. Florida Painting and Design abandoned us and the work we agreed on and they didn't appear to care. For a job that cost over $8000 total, to say that I am disappointed in how this came to a close is an understatement. Overall 3 stars. They undoubtedly do quality painting, however I actually wouldn't recommend them because of the unfinished job, missed deadlines, and lack of communication towards the end of our project.
