Terrible location. Idiotic customer service…read more I called this location AHEAD of time to confirm that my phone had been delivered and I could pick up. They said yes, as long as I arrive by 7pm (they close at 8) to give an hour for the transfer of data from old phone to new phone. I'm aware that can take a while. I walk in at about 6:45, and a few people are there before me. After waiting about 15/20 minutes, I take a seat on one of the chairs. I have a back injury, and the standing was bothering me. I noticed that two people who came after me were being seen, so I kindly asked the worker if there's some sort of line or order we're going in. Her name is Bianca. She said "yes, there's a line" and I let her know okay, just making sure because I'd been waiting, and that the person she's seeing came after me, as well as the person at the other counter. She finishes with that customer and then ANOTHER person walks up and she starts helping him, completely skipping over me after i just respectfully made it clear I'd been waiting. So I get her attention again and inform her I've been waiting. She goes "are you in the line" and I tell her "YES, I've been sitting here and arrived before all these people." They literally know I'd been there, but they didn't take the order of people coming in. So basically you just can cut in front of people apparently and they'd have no clue. VERY different from what I've experienced in other Tmobiles. The one on Western/Santa Monica gets busy, but they will at least take your phone number and put you in a queue once you walk in to be serviced in the order you came. So Bianca apologizes to the other customer and calls me to go next instead. I don't see why she's apologizing to someone who was cutting me. Mind you, she never apologized to ME when I was the actual one waiting with others already cutting me in line. Anyway, I tell her it feels racial how people saw me and continued to cut, even after I respectfully checked in the first time. After I checked in the first time, it should've been on her radar to check in with me next, as I already made it known that I came before others who were at both counters. It DID feel racial and I felt that she was being condescending and rude and not understanding why it's ridiculous to skip over someone waiting. By the time she actually saw me, she tells me she can't help me because the manager who can open the packages with phones already left. So I had waited all that time for nothing, after calling AHEAD, and wasted my time and gas. I canceled the order and T mobile is shipping my phone to another T mobile that's a longer drive away, but at least I won't have to deal with idiots like Bianca who think that type of customer service is okay. I know some locations tend to certain ethnic groups primarily, but they could've been courteous and considerate to me. I won't be going back to this location for anything. Plus it's always dirty on the outside.

But since the line is across the street they…read morehad to run it through the air across the street, tie it to one of my trees and then drape it diagonally across my front lawn about 250 ft to my house. It was fine when the snow was on the ground but I've been having to move it around each time I mow my lawn now. I've called them repeatedly to have them bury the line and they've given me three dates now that came and went, and aside from the initial visit, where they texted me saying they couldn't bury the line because of snow, the other two dates came and went without giving me a reason. I've been calling them every month now having them give me full credit for each month the job remains unfinished.

1/5 -- ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID FRONTIER…read more Frontier has easily been one of the most frustrating companies I have ever dealt with. Getting an actual person on the phone is nearly impossible. Their automated system forces you through endless menus and loops, and somehow still manages to hang up on you. It honestly feels like their customer service system is intentionally designed to prevent customers from reaching a real person. After canceling my internet service, I paid my final bill and restocking fee. I returned the equipment I actually received. I already owned and used my own personal router, so the only Frontier equipment I received was the Eero device. I NEVER received or used the additional router they are now trying to charge me for. Despite this, Frontier continues billing me for equipment that was NEVER PROVIDED TO ME. Because reaching someone by phone is such a nightmare, I have had to contact multiple agents through their online portal. I explained the situation repeatedly. Multiple Frontier representatives told me I did NOT owe anything else. I was given case numbers and was specifically told the issue had been RESOLVED. Yet Frontier still sent me ANOTHER BILL. What exactly is the point of giving customers case numbers and telling them an issue has been resolved if Frontier is just going to ignore the resolution and continue billing them anyway? This is beyond poor customer service. It is an exhausting cycle of automated phone systems, repeated explanations, conflicting billing, empty promises, and charges for equipment I never even received. If you are considering Frontier, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Saving yourself from this level of frustration is worth it. AVOID FRONTIER AT ALL COSTS.
