Over the ensuing 8 weeks, whenever I called to get an update ( I only succeeded in getting through to them 4 times from over 20 phone/text attempts. I was told they either didn't know what was going on, the part should arrive today/tomorrow and/or they would get back to me with an update. Nobody ever called me back or responded to phone or text messages. We eventually called another service provider and had everything complete within two weeks. Completely abysmal customer service. I would recommend that you stay away from this company.

Not available on the market, the device allows remote switching between two independent, dedicated amplified sound systems-- that is, my Yamaha home theatre, multi-channel surround sound system, and my vintage Marantz quadraphonic receiver.
