Their staff member showed up on time, and he was very professional. I felt comfortable with him in my home, and he did a beautiful job on our carpets. I was very impressed with his ability to get out some of the ware spots in the high traffic areas. Our carpets look brand new, and the house smells great. He arrived at 9 AM, and finished six rooms and the stairway in an hour and 45 minutes. It's now an hour later, and the carpets are nearly dry and most rooms.
