Our ATV excursion through Zion National Park was absolutely unforgettable--one of the highlights of…read moreour trip! From the moment we arrived, everything was organized, smooth, and welcoming. The scenery was beyond breathtaking--towering red rock cliffs, sweeping desert views, and hidden trails that you simply can't experience any other way. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our guide, Matt. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the area's history, geology, and wildlife, but also genuinely passionate about making sure everyone had an amazing time. We got to ride through a variety of terrain--sandy paths and scenic overlooks. Matt made stops at The Great Chamber and a gorgeous slot canyon, and provided great information about these landmarks. We had many opportunities to take photos and really soak in the beauty of Zion. If you're looking for an adventure that combines adrenaline, stunning landscapes, and a top-notch guide, this ATV tour is an absolute must.

None of us had ever driven a UTV and have to say my sons and daughter-in-law did a great job. This was thrilling and scary too. Especially when we went vertical twice up a rock. WOW! I was saying prayers as we approach these spots, great views and a good way to enjoy the beauty of this area. Reed again thanks for a great time. I can add another "I did this" to my memories.

Although I run for exercise, I am not a competitive runner or a…read moremarathon runner. I leave that running to the pros like my husband and daughter. My daughter signed up for the 2020 St. George Marathon but of course it was canceled due to Covid19. She was pretty bummed as she had really prepared for it. This marathon offers both a full 26.2 mile marathon and a half 13.1 mile marathon. Fast forward two years later, here we are at last. She originally signed up for the full marathon but she decided to only run the half marathon. St. George has this marathon and all the set up down. They are extremely organized as they host many sporting events all year long. Many years ago my husband ran this marathon to qualify for the Boston Marathon and of course he did very well. The majority of the course runs downhill and is USATF certified. You get the pleasure of running through some beautiful Utah scenery like Snow Canyon. Lots of volunteers and helpful crew making sure everyone stays safe and crosses the finish line. Both marathons end at the Vernon Worthen Park. All runners have access to the post race food, drinks and freebies. In the old days, everyone had access but times have changed. This is one of the best marathons offered out west. So proud to have had my family run both marathons!

Don't let the hills scare you, St George is a fast course if you run it right. I actually ran it this year signing up 10 days before the race. The race director was able to accommodate me with a charity entry last minute. I ran Big Cottonwood 4 weeks before, turned around and ran St George faster and got a PR. Missed my BQ by just a few minutes, but with fresh legs next year it's in the bag. Best race in Utah for organization and support. Excellent expo, volunteers, medals, tee and fabulous start/finish areas and support. My friend also got a 25min PR running it this year for the first time. Can't go wrong running St George. I love this race!! I will be going for my BQ next year with St George!

So now this is the fourth time I've either gone on a multiple night stay with ATV Offroad…read moreAdventures or just did a day adventure. This year Nikki and I did a three night adventure with our good friends Norman, Holly, and his sister and boyfriend. First day we traveled to a campsite in Camden intense the first night. Do the fact I haven't done that and I'm gonna say 40 years it was a little bit of a shocker after driving side-by-side for five hours and then trying to figure out how to put this tent together. But they were great helped us put everything together. Served us a wonderful dinner as we sat around a little fire and all got caught up. Next day we wrote on down to the bar 10 ranch and got some time just kinda relax and take a wonderful shower. The people at Barton couldn't be nicer. The whole staff is absolutely wonderful. Helpful treat you like royalty. Although going to the campsite and coming back down the mountain, you have a little bit of driving on the edge of cliffs. The real adventurous Day was day three when we went out to an old abandoned Copper Mine. I will say there's a lot of driving on the edge, it is not for the faint of heart. It is a true adventure. But the sites and the time are just amazing. Jamel, Skyler and Sindy were wonderful tour guides and kept us safe. One of the other wonderful things is being away from everything having no Internet no real cell reception. It was such a wonderful thing to unplug. Just being off grid. We will still be doing this again next year if not sooner.

The team from start to finish are all amazing and kind people. The folks who book are knowledgeable, patient, and thankfully not some call center. The team at the event are equally kind, especially considering the massive amount of customers they are helping for three days straight. Only downside, we had several issues with the machines including needing to switch both out. Once again, the team was professional and kind during the whole process. They are brand new machines, it's just a tough hot environment with people beating the hell out of these rentals all day. My only critique at the event would be setting up a better system after you have checked in at the computer. You are sent into the trailer to get a helmet/goggles and sometimes someone is in there to help you and sometimes not. So, it already starts off a little confusing for beginners. Once you navigate out of the trailer, you go outside to total chaos. There is no desk/line or someone that stands out to ask for help to get your machine. You sort of just have to flag someone down which often times there's confusion. Perhaps consider setting up one more desk or kiosk when leaving the trailer and getting your machine assigned. Lastly, perhaps a big sign for the helmet return as this is a confusing when you get back. I almost put my dirty helmet back on the clean helmet shelves because there is no person out sign saying to put them on the black table out side. I appreciate you all and will certainly be calling and booking the next trip soon.

Unfortunately, our experience with Mad Moose was very disappointing…read more Our group had more than 20 vehicle rentals reserved. We had communicated ahead of time that we would be arriving when they opened so we could get our vehicles quickly and start our day. Despite that, there were only three employees working, making the check-in and rental process extremely slow and causing significant delays for our entire group. The bigger issue came once we were in Zion National Park. Our vehicle broke down and left us stranded. It took nearly two hours for assistance to arrive, and when they did, they were unable to fix the problem. We were then charged to have the vehicle towed, even though the breakdown was due to the rental vehicle itself. To make matters worse, we were never offered any type of insurance or protection plan before renting, so we weren't even given the opportunity to consider additional coverage. We also witnessed several other vehicles in our group get flat tires. In those cases, help again took around two hours to arrive, and the employees showed up with the wrong size replacement tires and without a tire jack, creating even more delays and frustration. Mechanical issues can happen, but the lack of preparation, poor customer service, slow response times, and inadequate support made what should have been a fun adventure incredibly stressful. Based on our experience, I would not rent from Mad Moose again.

They…read morewere very professional, helped me along the way with any adjustments I wanted to make, and in a timely fashion were able to deliver a beautiful final product, which I was overwhelmingly pleased with. I would like to add that I notice many people find professional framing expensive. I'm not here to teach the public about the nuances of skilled trades, but that's what professional framing is: a skilled trade. In order for these guys to do their job properly, they had to invest tens of thousands of dollars (on the low end) into equipment and training to deliver fantastic results for their clients. Not only would the average person never invest this amount of money into tools, but the average person, even with the tools, would never get close to the results professionals, like the ones in this shop, are able to achieve. I professionally did very high-end finish woodworking for years, and I can personally attest to this fact. As someone who already owned many of the necessary tools, and could have produced a sub-par result on my own, I still brought it in to the professionals. Why? Simple - I could not have produced their results. I want to know my piece is preserved and finished properly, so I can enjoy it long into the future. Their process is complicated, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing the job was done properly is priceless. I can now enjoy my beautiful print for the rest of my life. TL;DR: I'm happy I used this shop. It was worth every penny. If you decide to use them, you'll be happy, too.
