My husband has gotten excellent care overall. He is understood and has been kept safe, clean, and satisfied. I respect the staff, and they show respect for my husband and me. The atmosphere is family-friendly. They are open to suggestions - I have a 40+ professional nursing career:) I am grateful for the individualized approach and the quick response to any changes they notice, so I can take action and get the care needed. She has dietary restrictions and the cook had no problem with adjusting her meals, making sure she liked what she ate, and helped to keep her favorites on hand. The med techs have worked with us to be sure they understand exactly what is needed and when including keeping special eye drops refrigerated. My dad can take his dog on a walk and visit other houses. The houses are big but there was not much decoration. Kind of felt empty. No little Nick Nacks or cushions & pillows in the bay windows. Nothing to make it feel homey. Everything was clean just maybe too modern. There was not much going on in the first house, just a tv program on, no music & nothing else happening but the second house had an activity and it seemed livelier. But only 3 people were doing the craft. I really loved the friendly staff. I met some directors. Jamie directs the care was super funny & had such a great spirit. I would like my Dad to move here this summer. I know that Tasha and the other staff really work hands on and believe in their place. I love the communication we got and the open door policy. I feel like it's a great fit for someone like my dad who still wants to have some freedom but be safe.

Not only was she professional but she was also always cheerful and inviting. She has been very welcoming to dad during his adjustment. Dad has only been here for a few months but everything has been going great, questions always answered and requests have been met. Dad is fairly younger than the majority with memory impairment but the staff really help make him feel at home. Maria, who tends to dad's apartment has been really good to him and someone he looks forward to seeing. Shelly, the administrator has also been very helpful and accommodating. Dad always mentions how clean and well kept the building is and that maintenance staff is always someone he can go to. Dad is not one to join in on activities right now but as an Activity Director myself, they do an amazing job with special events and a full, well rounded activity calendar. So far so good.
