They are so deserved…read more This year, as I enter my 70's, I had to have a few procedures done, one of which was deep cleaning before shoulder surgery in a few months. This review I thought I'd focus on Dr Bosler's hygienist, Molly. Molly is extremely knowledgeable. I'm a nurse myself and am so impressed with her care of the whole person. She is so thorough she has been able to assess a few dental problems and address them early saving me from a much worse problem and expense down the line. A few years ago Molly noticed a "shadow" on my inner cheek that warranted a visit to my primary care doc. As it turned out there was no cancer and I did not require further work up. I've been blessed to be able afford dental checkups my entire life. However, having a team of professionals who have helped me avoid serious dental issues and expenses really has helped! Molly, if you read this, I hope you to know you're the best of the best. You look at the whole patient, their lifestyle and needs. It's that "extra" genuine personal interest, intelligence and gentleness you provide that makes you the exceptional medical professional you are. Worst dental experience. I was in severe pain from a zirconia crown that they made in house. The…read moretooth was badly shaped causing changes to my jaw movement and it limited tongue space because of how bulky it was. I asked for help several times and was denied. I called in pain and one of the front desk workers giggled cause I cried. I knew it felt wrong and they wouldn't listen or try to help. I spent the night at the ER because the pain was so bad it affected my head and eyes. I didn't eat for days from the pain. I was able to get help from my childhood dentist which confirmed the tooth placement and shape was horrible causing issues to my tongue and surrounding muscles. He said zirconia has to be well shaped if not it causes issues. Thank goodness for him. Do not ever go to Nut tree smiles. If you have an emergency they won't care or help. They give excuses blaming it on tmj or clenching and grinding rather than looking at their work. If you get a crown send it out to be made. They do a terrible job.

They were extremely accommodating and saw us both in the am. I did wait and change locations multiple times which was fine. I felt that Dr. Sandhu was very knowledgeable and the treatment plans he has laid out for us seems appropriate. My concern is that I do not care for the waterlase method of cleaning. I very much prefer a dental hygienist to clean my teeth as they are able to really diminish the stains. It has been a couple of weeks now and I have spots on a few of my teeth by the gumlines that look like my teeth are dying. I will ask again if they offer a hygienist for instrument cleaning. We plan on following through with the treatment recommended and are hoping for a good outcome.

This review for Dr. Sukhdeep Sandhu and his office staff has been long overdue…read more   We used to go to a different dentist in Solano County, and our dental insurance is Delta Dental PPO.  Dealing with this other office was a bit of a nightmare as they seemed to cater their medical treatment around what they believed my insurance would cover.  Due to my own neglect, I required a deep cleaning, but instead they wanted to do an "extended basic cleaning."  Also, despite informing me Preventative Services were 100% covered, this other dentist charged us out of pocket for basic preventative services on TOP of the amount insurance paid.    Needless to say, we were driven to seek out a new dentist for our family.  In my first consultation with Dr. Sandhu, he explained quite thoroughly why I needed to undergo a deep cleaning, to stop a host of problems like bleeding, bad breath, and to prevent further damage.  I really appreciated that he seemed to actually care for my dental health as a medical provider.  Although the services were not fully covered by my dental plan, I at least had peace of mind that I was on the right path to solving my dental issues.  With Dr. Sandhu's advice, I also bought a huge pack of floss pics because I never want to undergo a deep cleaning again lol...the other "Delta Dental Premier" dentist told me to just use a Water Pik instead of flossing which I felt was bad advice.   On the medical billing side, I can understand that dental insurance and all the various plans can be convoluted, but Jasmine, the office manager who is kind and hard-working, has always been transparent and with no hidden out of pocket costs afterwards.  Aside from being a complete professional that has earned my trust, Dr. Sandhu is just a really upbeat, personable, and genuine guy! Obviously, no one likes going to the dentist lol...but having a provider that cares for you, educates you, and is honest, makes the experience a whole lot easier. He didn't care his employee treated me with disrespect. He backed up her poor attitude and actions and terminated our business and future business. He gave nothing but excuses for her poor attitude. The tooth had to be removed by an oral surgeon and put on another antibiotic. When I contacted Jason regarding this issue I was told that because the roots were removed there should be no pain and that the root canal was "very well done". Well, let me assure you that an abscess and bone infection do in fact cause pain. It also cost the dentist office to lose my entire family (of 6) as cash paying customers because we will never step foot into this office again. I hope the $3000+ was worth it.

I have really sensitive teeth and usually get pretty anxious before dental appointments, but whenever Claudia does my cleaning, I feel at ease and completely taken care of. She's professional, but she also has this fun, warm personality that instantly puts you at ease--it feels like having a supportive friend with you the whole time. She's gentle, thorough, and I always leave with my teeth feeling amazingly clean. I actually try to book my appointments specifically with her now.

They were able to squeeze me in for an X-ray and exam. The office was a little hard to find initially. Plenty of parking at the location. Office itself is a bit small. Staff is super friendly from receptionists to dental assistant to dentist they were all very friendly and welcoming. X-rays were fast and painless. X-rays were viewed on a laptop by the dentist in detail. Dentist seemed to be very honest and knowledgeable. Previous dentists have reported I had cavities that needed to be filled but this dentist did not see any cause of concern. I haven't had any work done here yet but I will schedule a cleaning with this office and see how that goes.
