They always make polite conversation and I don't know if they keep notes or something but they seem to remember each person and the details about them! They accept Delta Dental. Everyone is really nice! They're so tactful even if you haven't had the best oral hygiene practices. I fell off the dentist schedule during Covid and only recently got back... They did not shame me. Multiple text reminders for appointments. They book your next visit at the end of each appointment. So they make it easy for you to stay on top of your visits. The hygienist appointments book out pretty far. I learned so much from them about oral hygiene! I never knew there was a prescription extra fluoride toothpaste available. Or the proper technique for cleaning. Or that carbonated beverages are acidic and cause tooth decay and more cavities. The experience is actually very comfortable for a dentist office! They offer sunglasses so you're blinded by the bright lights. They also offer blankets if you're feeling cold. They have screens playing YouTube videos of relaxing scenes like beaches.

Despite my history with them, the front desk chose to call me four times back-to-back while I was in the middle of handling a student crisis at work. They never left a voicemail; they just kept spamming my phone until I answered, thinking it was an emergency. The reason for the harassment? A balance of $3.20. What is most infuriating is that after the phone call, I had to be the one to request an email with a payment link, which they then sent. Why couldn't they have done that in the first place? Instead of a 30-second digital solution, they chose to disrupt my workday and ignore my boundaries. The receptionist was incredibly rude and showed zero situational awareness or respect for my time. To treat someone this way over literally less than five dollars is insulting. I have cancelled my upcoming appointment and will be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this place if you value professional courtesy.

Over the years, I have undergone several procedures with Dr. Gasper, including tooth extraction, bone grafting, and dental implants. I have great trust in her expertise and professionalism. She always takes the time to explain each procedure carefully--what the goals are, what to expect during recovery, and how to care for yourself afterward. Her clear communication and attention to detail helped me feel informed and confident throughout the entire process. Thank you, Dr. Gasper, for taking such great care of my "problematic" gums and helping me restore my oral health. I would also like to mention the wonderful office staff. Everyone in the office is friendly, professional, and helpful. Visiting a dentist can sometimes be intimidating, especially when facing major procedures, but the warm and supportive environment always makes me feel comfortable and well cared for. Even during the most challenging treatments, I felt that I was in good hands. I am truly grateful to Dr. Gasper and her team for their excellent care and support.

Dr. Gasper went above and beyond to answer all of my questions pre- and post- surgery, and ensured the entire process was as smooth and comfortable as possible. I felt extremely cared for throughout the whole process. Like others have similarly stated, I was worried for nothing and received high quality care. The hardest part was staying patient through the healing process, and the week following surgery where I felt pressure/discomfort from the stent. In my opinion, the pain reminded me of getting my braces tightened at the orthodontist, but much less intense. I'm thrilled with the results of my gum graft, better than expected. I highly recommend Dr. Gasper and her team.

I had put it off for a little over a year and finally resigned to having it pulled and grafted for an implant. When I finally decided to have it pulled, I scheduled it out later in the year in order to get the most benefit from my insurance. I did have some out of pocket expense, and in the 8 or so months before the procedure, I had called Dr. Du's office to get some clarify on what monies would be due and when. The two or three times I talked to his staff, they were incredibly helpful and walked me through the process and timing with patience and clarity. A few days before the extraction, Dr Du's office called in scripts for relaxation during the procedure, pain post op and to stave off any infection. The scripts arrived a few days before my procedure so I would be ready to go on extraction day. I was completely blown away at how quick and easy Dr Du extracted the tooth, and I felt absolutely NOTHING during the procedure, and post op. I followed their directions and recommendations to keep the any swelling down and to keep from getting an infection and had zero issues. No pain or swelling whatsoever. I am now a little over a month post op and just waiting for the bone graft to do its thing to have the implant installed next year. I very highly recommend Dr. Du. He and his staff are top notch! Upon my first visit for the consultation, I was incredibly nervous because of many bad experiences with dentists in the past. I met Peggy, his assistant, and she was amazing. So, sweet and helpful. She immediately put me at ease and explained the treatment options to me, scheduling and answered any questions I had. Dr. Hollander is a magician. I told him about my sketchiness and asked him to treat me like I'm five please. He did. And it was perfect. I felt so at ease when going there that I requested to do my future cleanings there. It has been over a year since I went in for my first consultation and for the first time ever I actually don't get nervous going to a dentist. This was all Pre-Covid19. After Covid19: I had to cancel a cleaning and they were closed for a while. Which is totally understandable. I went back for my next cleaning on their first day back. You could tell they were all getting used to the new procedures. I was perfectly happy to be extra patient and spend a little more time than usual to allow them to get comfortable with the situation. They asked me to sanitize my hands upon entering, had a big protective glass between patient and receptionists. Peggy was all geared up and took my temp, they sanitized the counter before I even walked up, cleaned the pen before handing it to me, everyone was properly wearing their masks. I felt so incredibly safe. I didn't think it was possible to feel that comfortable anywhere that wasn't home, during this pandemic. They had industrial strength air purifiers in each room. They did everything perfectly and set an unreasonably high standard. During this visit, Dr. Hollander gave me an x ray because my wisdom tooth was angry. He referred me to have them removed at Dr Limchayseng's office, in Novato. I practically begged Dr Hollander to do it for me because I feel so comfortable there with them, but he said Dr Limchayseng does this all day long and he'd be better at it. I trusted him. I wrote a review about that experience, which was awful. I called Dr Hollander and told (I believe it was Toni) everything about it. She was shocked. Needless to say I didn't get my wisdom teeth removed, because I didn't even stay for the consultation. When I told her that I want a new referral, she gave me one right away and said they would not be referring anyone to Dr Limchayseng anytime soon. She referred me to a Dr in the same building as Dr Hollander. She offered to hand deliver it to them so she can check it out and make sure it's safe and I would feel comfortable there. She would let me know if she saw any red flags. I thanked her profusely. I only wish I could make Dr. Hollander my regular dentist but I am glad I can at least get my cleanings done there. Everyone in that office has done an amazing job.
