Over the years, I have undergone several procedures with Dr. Gasper, including tooth extraction, bone grafting, and dental implants. I have great trust in her expertise and professionalism. Her clear communication and attention to detail helped me feel informed and confident throughout the entire process. Years ago, I had some pretty bad experience with a dentist that made me anxious and nervous towards anything dental related. From the beginning, Dr. Gasper took the time to clearly explain my treatment options, answer my questions, and discuss costs, so I could make informed decisions without feeling pressured. Throughout the process, I felt that she truly cared about my overall health and long-term well-being and genuinely has her patients' best interest in mind. It was also clear that she takes great pride in her work, high standard of care, and is committed to doing things the right way to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient. After each treatment, she personally followed up by text to see how I was doing, which really stood out. The post surgery recovery was basically painless (didn't even need the prescribed pain medication), which is another indication of her competence and skills. I also appreciated the coordination with my general dentist to develop a comprehensive long-term treatment plan. The office staff is amazing - always organized, responsive, and on top of everything. I'm very thankful for the professionalism, attentiveness, and exceptional quality of care I received. This experience restored my confidence that there are doctors you can trust.

I had put it off for a little over a year and finally resigned to having it pulled and grafted for an implant. When I finally decided to have it pulled, I scheduled it out later in the year in order to get the most benefit from my insurance. I did have some out of pocket expense, and in the 8 or so months before the procedure, I had called Dr. Du's office to get some clarify on what monies would be due and when. The two or three times I talked to his staff, they were incredibly helpful and walked me through the process and timing with patience and clarity. A few days before the extraction, Dr Du's office called in scripts for relaxation during the procedure, pain post op and to stave off any infection. The scripts arrived a few days before my procedure so I would be ready to go on extraction day. I was completely blown away at how quick and easy Dr Du extracted the tooth, and I felt absolutely NOTHING during the procedure, and post op. I followed their directions and recommendations to keep the any swelling down and to keep from getting an infection and had zero issues. No pain or swelling whatsoever. I am now a little over a month post op and just waiting for the bone graft to do its thing to have the implant installed next year. I very highly recommend Dr. Du. He and his staff are top notch! Please see my letter to Dr. Elkhoury. It says it all:)…read more Dear Dr. Elkhoury, This letter is long overdue, and I write it with the same feeling of gratitude and appreciation of you and your staff. I can't thank you enough for your most kind and gentle care, along with immediate assistance with my emergency dental problem. When I called your office in severe pain, your office staff went to work to get me in for help. When I was fit into your busy schedule, about 5 days out, I explained to your staff I was desperate and starting up the school year with my 4th grade class after the weekend.. The lady I spoke with, put me on hold for a few seconds, and fit me in the very next morning. This kindness made a huge difference to me, and I thank your staff for caring. She did not have to accommodate me, but she did. Upon entering your office, I was warmly greeted by your front staff. Your assistant (whose name I sadly can't recall right now) was professional, thorough and proactive. She listened to my frustration about the previous dentist who for whatever reason was not able to diagnose the problem that you were able to identify immediately and treat with antibiotics and pain relief. Not only that, but you set me up with an action plan and referred me to other dental professionals to fix my situation afterwards. You treated me in a calm, thorough, empathetic, kind and determined manner. I felt assured immediately that you were going to get to the bottom of what was going on. What relief. Your care, and the care of your entire staff, made a huge impression on me, and without trying to sound dramatic, gave me confidence that caring dental professionals are still out there. I thank you and appreciate you, Sara Johnson
