A very nice young lady rang that and a dishwasher up. I left the store, looked at my receipt and it was for a 10.1cu fridge. I went back in, spoke with a man who just didn't know which way was up. He called over a female employee who deduced that the "model number" on the lower left of the tag next to "black" indicated it was the 10.1cu model that was $399. I showed here the tag described an 18.1 model and I had no way of knowing what these models numbers meant. She was not willing to honor what the tag read. I had her refund both of the appliances I paid for and left. Crappy customer service and dishonest product tags will lead me to tear up my Home Depot card the minute I receive it.

I installed the speakers myself, but the employees gave me the wrong wiring adapter and told me it would work. It didn't. I ended up wasting my time because I was given the wrong part based on information from their employees. I was so frustrated that I threw the wiring adapter away. I still have my receipt, and at this point I just want a refund for the part that I was incorrectly told would work. Making a two-hour round trip, after checking the website and calling ahead, only to be given the wrong part and incorrect information is extremely frustrating. Very disappointing experience.

I spent 180.00 and got nothing for it. The technician charged me 129.00 for a diagnosis that was totally wrong. I even brought the parts for the repair for nothing as the old parts were good and he just doesnt know how to diagnos.Thed technician had an attitude like he hates his job, or he doesn't want gto be bothered. When you call SEARS you get AI because they don't want to talk to you, NO MATTER WHAT! Sears was horrible, the tech was horrible the serviice was horrible. Then he said it would cost me an additional 600.00 to repair the unit and he wanted the money upfront. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I would give them no stars if I could. I ended up fixing it myself for 150.00 and SEARS was going to charge me 250.00 for the same part and 350.00 for labor. I called Frigidare (they are awesome) and the repair clinic knew just what to do. No wonder Sears is out of business. Bottom line Don't even bother with sears. Go to the repair clinic.
