Not only did Stanislav come out within 24 hours, on a weekend with no upcharge, but after 30 minutes of test cycles he discovered that there weren't any issues and explained how we probably needed to change soap, use less, and not pack as much laundry into the washer (we've had this washer for six years and this was the first time this ever happened). He gave us some things to watch out for (error codes, etc) and some tips to avoid this again, while mentioning he had some parts in his truck to replace a pump, but he didn't think it would do anything and didn't want us to spend unneeded money. While a little embarrassed and out the $99 service call out fee, I appreciate a company that didn't take advantage of us and install unneeded parts just to make a quick buck. We had a blocked drain line that a contracted (wasn't a direct employee of Appliance ER) technician came out to fix. He was very rough trying to get the lower drawers out of our fridge, Marring the interior of our top of the line Kitchen aid. Not to mention he was much more expensive than another repair we had used this same company for which took much much more time and more parts. we were happy with the care and cost of the previous repair (done by an actual appliance ER employee). Trying to get a fix is like pulling teeth and even when getting insurance information for a claim we are getting incorrect information and "not enough" or not correct information per the insurance company. Several months later I give up and am writing reviews of our bad experience. With all of this said, make sure you have documentation of your condition of appliance before time and ask for an estimate ahead of time being that apparently it can vary WILDLY!

ARS was " Johnny on the spot". Customer service was great, they scheduled a tech right away. When the tech (Arsen) arrived I knew this guy knew his stuff. He answered all my questions, and was able to trouble shoot the problem with precise skill. After the part arrived, Arsen was back immediately to install the part and get the washer back up and running as promised, without any BS. What a true professional. They tell you there's a $75…read morediagnostic service fee which is fine and seems standard and it is applied to any work you have them do, what I was not told until they showed up is that they have a flat fee for any fixes that starts at $270. So basically I was already on the hook for the diagnostic and I could either have that deducted from the $270 or pay them the diagnostic and go hire someone else again to diagnose and fix the issue. In my case there was some excess lint in the machine that fit on a paper towel.. it took less than 10 minutes. So I spent $270 to have some lint removed which felt like a rip off but I thought oh well at least it's fixed. Then they said only cash or check, I wanted to use a card so annoying but whatever, I wrote them a check and about a month later they said it didn't go through, I reached out to my bank, no reason it wouldn't go through, but now I have a bill and an extra $35 returned check fee. On top of all this they called me excessively asking for me to post a review, I would assume most reviews are due to that not because people are blown away by the service and feel compelled to share but more so because they don't leave you alone about it.

It turned out our oven fix wasn't as easy as we had hoped, but the oven is clearly fixed and within the price range Alex initially quoted. Bottom line, Alex would definitely be my first call for any appliance matter in the future.
