I tried this place out today, since I was shopping near by. They seated me very quickly. The nail technician, Jennifer was great. Not too much small talk, she did her job well. They have a special on Mondays, so i enjoyed a free parafin wax dip, which was very relaxing. Jennifer gave me a great leg massage and finished up with hot rocks. I would definitely come back to see Jennifer again. I paid $45 for a gel nail pedicure. Thanks! read more

If I could put a negative star I would. When I walked in their customer service was horrible. They have no AC and it's extremely hot. Everybody was extremely rude horrible customer service and when I got my nails done, she went over my cuticles and I asked her to redo and she was being rude about it. Also, she ruined my ingrown toenail, and if you look at the polish, it's all budge. I do not recommend do not go. read more

Part of my bad review is definitely my fault, I was late to a wedding and needed a mani pedi and wanted to make sure i could get them done at the same time, i also prefer gel-x, but this was my experience: I walk in and ask if they have time for both, they immediately say yes and usher me to pick a color and into a pedicure chair but before I sit down I tried to ask them four times if they do gelx, until someone I wasn't even talking to says from across the room that they do. Great, so I sit down and one of the women starts work on my toes, she did a great job btw! My toes are perfect. Someone else comes in to do my hands and I show her my inspo pic and she says she doesn't have the materials to do it but says this red color is similar and she recommends it so I agree. At this point, she brings out her acrylic tools, I ask for gel-x as the other employee told me they had it and she denies it and says she only works with acrylic. Fine. I couldn't leave at this point because I wouldn't have time to wait for the first woman to finish my toes and then go somewhere else. So she glues the nail tips on my nails and puts so much glue that it's dripping down the sides of my nails and never cleans it up, even her gloves get stuck to my finger. I tell her I must have them short/medium, the length we ended up at is fine, but I had to tell her twice to cut it shorter and the second time she straight up told me no because it wouldn't look good, I said I understand but I work at a computer all day and can't type with anything longer. Not to mention the shape. I expressed how unhappy I was the whole time and she kept insisting she's been doing nails for 25 years and she knows what she's doing. There is no apex on the acrylic so they're not going to last, she applied it very very wet, putting my nail health at risk, and she cut me on three different fingers with her aggressive filing. The polish was fine, the sticker didn't flatten correctly, so she piled on top coat to make it feel flat, which it didn't anyway. So now my ring finger is thick and lumpy. I added the gold lines last minute and decided against it because they don't have the good CHROME gold, it really just looks like what's in the picture which I don't like. I ultimately wish I had never come in, I paid $70 for my nails and $35 for my toes. Again, the toes were great, no complaints there. read more

Walked in on a Saturday morning for a gel pedicure and was seated immediately! Massage chair and foot spa were very nice. Everything was clean and all the staff were inviting and friendly. This is my second time coming to V-Tech nails. I came on a Saturday afternoon wanting to get my nails done short notice. I called my favorite places to see what the wait time and each had outrageous wait times so I called V-Tech to see what their wait time was in which they informed me 30 minutes. So I drove over and waited about 30 minutes to get my nails done. They appeared really short staffed and a lot of people walked out due to the long wait. Their system needs improvement. My nail tech was sweet and did an amazing job on my nails. Due to being there so long I made new friends with an elderly woman who was interested in my stiletto nails. I listened to music and watch tv while they were doing my nails. It only took about an hour and my boyfriend arrived right on time to pay for them. I honestly prefer my usual spot but I had a decent experience here. My first time here I remember I got a gel manicure when they first opened in this plaza. And they did an amazing job. I love how this nail place is conveniently located by my fav shops and foods which definitely makes it easier to come back. I never had any problems except the long wait but Saturday's are always the busiest to get ones nails done. read more

Pretty basic nail place, it got the job done when I was looking for a last minute pedicure. The inside lacks a serene, comforting vibe that I look for. The chairs and nail stations look very worn. The nail techs were not especially friendly when I walked in but they did get to me quickly. Although they do have a list of pedicures, I was not given an option and my nail tech just started working and gave me what I assume was the most basic pedi. If I were looking for a self-care break, I wouldn't choose this place again but as I said before, it was a quick option for a last minute pedi. read more

I was so disappointed in this place. I asked for dip powder on my natural nail. I honestly don't believe the tech knew how to do them. He mixed the color I chose with a white acrylic powder.... The color I chose wasn't correct but it's something I could live with. I'm more upset at the fact that they are peeling and it hasn't even been a week...it's been 3 days. All my nails are thick and uneven. I won't be going here again. read more

I just came in for a soak off and right off the back customer service was rude. Made it clear that I'd be waiting a long time & no one could get to me. I didn't even mine waiting, I know nail shops get busy it's just the delivery was very off putting. read more

Would not recommend if 1) you are short on time and 2) want something clean/hygienic. -All of the nail techs take their tools to a sink in the back and rinse them in between clients. No sanitation soaks or rotation of tool sets in between clients. I asked my tech if he sanitized them and he just dismissed me. My feet were already soaking for 30+min so I couldn't walk away then. -Walked in for 3 pedicures and we're told to sit in a chair that was filled with water. I looked around and saw there were still 2 other pedicures ahead of us and some people were going to get manicures so techs were backed up and they still sat us and had us soak our feet. Water got cold and I even went through a full cycle on the massage chair. Would have preferred they told us how long it would be or not have us soak our feet so soon. -hours on the door say they close at 7 pm on Saturday, someone walked in around 5:50 pm for a pedicure and they told them they were closed for the day. Seemed odd since in my experience most places take people till 30 mins before closing. Something to keep in mind. -The machine used to charge us ran out of receipt paper and they didn't want us to leave until we signed a copy. We tried to troubleshoot for the guy on how to insert more paper and press reprint but he didn't want the help and called someone else (probably the owner) and said someone would be there in 2 minutes. Waited five minutes and left, let them know we didn't need receipt and we could see charges on our account online. My pedicure was okay but not great but I won't be going back here for a pedicure when there is so many other places to try. Hope this helps! read more

Great service from the time I walked in the door. I was very happy with my gel nails as well as regular polish. Very friendly with conversation. Got in and out in about 35 minutes for both. Today I came with my daughter and mother in law to get manicure and pedicures. When we arrived we were greeted and told to pick polish. They got the water ready and told us to have a seat they began to work on one of us and tge other two had to wait. There were 6 nail techs and all of them were busy. So we sat about 20 mins for someone to become available. They really ask for you to get gel polish because it does better but they have normal polish. The spa chairs have different settings and are relaxing. Some other people are getting some waxing also. An appointment is recommended . I showed the staff a picture of how I wanted my nails and my daughters nails was simply two layers of polish a solid color on the bottom with glitter on the top for my daughter and a mat color with a gold line for myself and it was the biggest issue and discussion! kind of not worth wanting anything but the basic gel one color that they tried to give so I just settled for the gold color that they put on my daughters nails although I showed them a picture ,and asked them 'and had somebody else translate to make sure that they understand. But still got what they wanted to do not wanted. There was a bright side to my visit a very experienced worker named Peter did an amazing job on painting my nails matte and putting a line on them he was nice. He talked to me through the whole process of my nails and even translated to the other staff the picture that I wanted and how to do it which they completely ignored and I left with a $135 bill. read more

First, let me start with why I gave this spa 2 stars. I was seen quickly for my pedicure, and the employees followed the COVID-19 guidelines--took my temperature, wore masks, etc. BUT, I do not think I will be returning to this place. I paid $38 for a regular pedicure, NOT gel, because the stylist recommended the deluxe pedicure since you can also receive the 8 minute massage. With me not having a pedicure done in awhile, I thought that sounded nice. I thought completely wrong. First of all, the massage was only 2 minutes. Yes, I timed him as I am paying $40 I want to make sure i'm getting what i'm paying for. The WORST part about my entire experience: the DAMAGE this man did to my toe. Sorry, these photos may be graphic. I don't know if he cut the side of my toe, or what, but the moment I left my toe was burning and in pain. I thought maybe he cut too short, so I left it alone. It has been 2 days and my toe is still in pain, is red all around the area, and is bleeding with a clear puss also coming out of it. My toe has NEVER done this when i've gotten a pedicure, and was NOT in pain before I stepped into the salon. I'm honestly disgusted by this and will not be returning. If anyone has advice on what I should do about my toe, any advice is welcome. I have been putting rubbing alcohol on it, and still no luck. read more

Came in here since my usual place wasn't available and I was in a pinch for time. Hands down worst decision! I asked for acrylic on my big toes specifically a square shaped, and 4 ladies huddled around me staring at my toes???? And proceeded to talk me out of what I wanted and what I was clearly paying for! If they didn't know how or didn't want to, they could have said that. I clearly said 4 times "but that's what I WANT." Followed by the lady telling me I didn't need it and I was fine without it. I instantly became annoyed and she proceeded to do what SHE wanted. Then this older lady stepped in and didn't know any English so as I'm trying to communicate with her she just never acknowledged me nor did the other workers. She was so rough with her tools that she nipped my cuticle on my toe, ignoring me saying ouch. Then when I said the color I wanted they either didn't understand or didn't even have the color. After trying to pursue me to get the color they had available, I just settled and again, was so annoyed!! If I am paying for what I want, why are you going to talk me out of it?! Hands down, the worst salon I have been to and will not be back, nor do I even recommend this place. I saw another young girl in there feeling annoyed too as she was being told what she should get, ignoring what she wanted. Please save your money and time! read more

Not sure why the negative reviews. We almost didn't come because of them but came anyway because we were in the area. We both received pedicures and the people working there were super polite. Friendly people. I've had pedicures in different cities like Visalia and Hanford, but this place seemed to provide attention to detail. Also, they rub your legs with hot stones near the end and I've never had that before. I think this place is a good spot so I'm going to give my 5 stars. read more

I went in there and was told it would be 30 mins. So I decided to wait. They sat me in the pedicure chair and I waiting a little bit over an hour for someone to start working on my feet. The water had gone cold. The lady asked if I would like gel and I told her no. My toe nail polish last forever so it's not necessary. After I said no it seemed like she just wanted to get me out of there. My nails were cut funk by her, one toe she cut the corner round and on the other side straight. She never asked if I wanted the calluses removed. Then couldn't find the color I picked out. Another girl picked out the color and she didn't even confirm it would work. The place is very nice but I would not recommend them for pedicures. I also got a full set. They turned out good which is why I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 1. They so far are holding up great and look fabulous. read more

Most unsanitary salon.... Kind of in disbelief. I didn't even finish my pedicure, I pretended I had to leave. - the tools were filthy, and he pulled them from a dirty bin (the bin was literally dirty) - his hands were dirty. Not only his nails but his actual hands appeared dirty. He did not wear gloves. He had one long nail that was.... Very dirty. After seeing his hands and the tools/tool bin, I left. A few more notes: - I walked in and wasn't greeted, they asked me what I wanted and appeared irritated that I walked in. An employee was sleeping in the chairs. - after sitting me in my chair, he impolitely tried to tell me the price of gel polish and that it's the same amount as regular polish. Very sketchy when the wall lists the prices. Hope this helps. read more

Im going to write a honest review as a regular. I've been going here for about 3.5 years but after today NEVER AGAIN. I would come in often but always lucked out with the same girl and As we all have favorites my favorite it Cindy! She takes her time no matter how packed they are. Today I didn't make an appointment but popped in and got the owner (wife). This was the experience from hell. I've never been so embarrassed in my life. I got a mani and a pedi with gel (two deferent techs worked on me). The poor gal on my hands kept stopping and side-eyeing my toes in shock. After the owner was finished with my toes I asked her if she could please clean up all the polish on my skin overlapping my cuticle and she went off in her language and just re-cut my toe nails. Idk if she gave me a free paraffin wax to shut me up but after the gal who did my nails (hand) took off the wax she looked up at me and kept apologizing. I asked her please to cut the polish off and she looked at me with fear. She responded "that's my boss" but she snuck passed her and got her tool and started fixing my toes........until the owner noticed and she (owner) went off. I was completely embarrassed even though I didn't understand what she was saying I knew she was talking about me and all the other employees started laughing and looking over at me. I wanted to just run out of there! She came over to me and explained that it was my fault because my toes needed to be filled!!!!! Are you freaking kidding me??????? She did my pedicure! She told the other girl tO stop and she took over and I wish I told her no. Mind you she was already upset and proceeded to grab her drill and drilled around my cuticles cutting three of my toes. I'm sorry but I cannot support owners that do that to their customers. That's bad business and customer service. The feeling I felt was the worst. Attached are my photos I took after I left. I come here to get a pedicure. When you first arrive you are greeted and asked what service you'd like. They have you sit in a chair, each tub has a liner. Communication can be bit of challenge but not impossible. If the water is too hot they adjust once you let them know. I speak up and let them know if something is hurting or not my preference and they adjust as needed. For example I didn't want the technician to use the drill to remove the gel polish and she didn't. They charge 35 for gel. If you come Monday-Thursday they add a free parafin wax dip to your pedicure service. It's a bag of melted wax and you put your feet in the bag and the wax cools on your feet. They clip and scrub your nails. Massage with a warm rock and warm towel. Today I asked if they would change the channel to the football game and they gladly did. No one was really watching tv in the salon. I love that it's close to my house and that they are friendly. read more

This spot is a hit & miss, I went after work on my way home for a fill. My nails had white acrylic and I wanted black polish, as a tech he should have stated it best to start over with a new set, because he waited to he was going to apply the black to say it may not fully cover & the white acrylic may show through. So I had no choice to say that's fine try ur best. Apparently his best was to apply 2 thick coats and didn't fully cure. when I got home they appeared fine but after I showered for the night my thumbs and 1 of my middle finger have bubbles/wave from the black gel that didn't fully cure under the clear coat. Now I don't want to drive 35 minutes back to fix, so I'm driving to my near by salon and paying more $ to repair the 3 nails. I hope they can fix it. read more

LISTEN TO THE YELP REVIEWS! Good - took me right away as a walk-in, pedi turned out OK but she scraped my heel too hard with the loofah, nice new massage chairs (but I had about 10 seconds of it before they turned it off to do my mani at the same time), looks clean. Bad - the guy who did my nails did the worst job ever for a simple manicure. I had on red nail polish and when he was taking it off, it got all over my skin and I had to ask him to please take it off around my nails and skin. His own personal nails were very sharp and didn't feel good when he used them to assist. I asked for a simple French mani, no gel. He did the first two nails great, and the rest were too big with the white part. He had to re-do two of them because the white part was not dry enough and was blending in with the clear polish - twice. I had my mani on Friday and had to take the French mani off on Sunday.
