I asked Rudy to help out with cutting a small dead tree and he did a good job with removing it as well as hauling it away. He was prompt to respond to my quote request and had a reasonable quote. Whenever I solicit services on yelp, I expect businesses to quote and include Taxes in the quote or disclose that taxes are not included in the quote, which is something Rudy did not do in his communication, but I should have clarified that while asking for the quote. I have to get house deep.cleaning scheduled with V squared services. Ruderick has come for service. He was very humble polite hygenic and professional. Before service only he told all details precisely to have transparency. I really liked the cleaning done by him. My kitchen n bath tub look like new after cleaning. He has also removed stains from carpet on my request which was not included in package. Also, he got all the top quality cleaning material. Initially I was worried based on Yelp review but after the cleaning I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend him. Definitely a 5 star service. read more

I called on a Thursday asking for quick turnaround and V Squared was out the next day. I was told the project would take four hours and it was four hours exactly. I hired Rudy to take care of landscaping and general outdoor maintenance. He started by reseeding the lawn which had not been taken care of in a long time, cleared out all the ivy from the bushes (also overgrown) and generally did an excellent job making the yard look beautiful again. I am now paying Rudy monthly to take care of everything outdoors and couldn't be happier. I know the job gets done; Rudy communicates very well, is prompt in his responses, presents options, etc. Very highly recommended. read more

With a new roommate arriving in less than a week (and due to my own laziness and being not cognisant of the time) I did not adequately prepare for his arrival, and everything had to be perfect. I began to freak out because the job that I had to do was a *lot* to do on my own, and this enormous and intense deep clean that I had wished I had prepared for sooner was suddenly up against a hard arrival deadline for my new roommate, and I found it too much to do on my own, and needed to ask someone to help me get through it. It is incredibly difficult to find a cleaning service on such short notice, I have discovered, and I began to panic. Luckily for me, V Squared was referred to me by a neighbour. Even luckier for me, the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone, who said his name was Rudy, said that V Squared did not mind a short notice house calls, even for an intensive job. After booking the appointment, diligently, he called to confirm, and I had to switch the day to the next day due to scheduling. He was completely okay with this, and as steadfast as he was the day before, he was in touch with me first thing in the morning. The job that I had him do could charity be described as heavy lifting, both literally and metaphorically. I'm not sure he knew what he was in for when he arrived in the early evening, based upon my description on the phone; I may have been embarrassed by the clutter, and I believe I may have been too modest about what actually *needed* to be done, which, simply, was a *lot*. But, undaunted by the task, he simply asked to put on some music to work to and dig right in. And he got right to work. And I mean, he got to WORK. He spent seven hours with me, and he had only *expected* to be here for two, maybe two and a half, tops. He stayed well into the early hours of the morning, after arriving for an early evening start, and although he didn't have to stay later, he did because he said, "It needed to be done." And really it did. But he did more than just simple housekeeping. I have never seen my bathroom sparkle before, nor my kitchen. It SHINED. He organised, scrubbed, and we kept up a great conversation as he burned the midnight oil for me, when he didn't have to, all the while, bopping along to his upbeat music, which I also really enjoyed and appreciated. The amount of effort that he had put in was at least triple what he probably expected to do. I actually was worried that I may have overwhelmed him, or worse, may have caused him to really screw me with the bill for staying so late. However, I was shocked that he didn't ask for anything more than the amount I had already agreed to pay. He quite literally (and in the literal sense of the word, "literal", too) saved my arse, and was a freaking superhero, didn't complain about when he might have expected just a steeper than most hill to climb and instead got a mountain, and dug right in and did phenomenal work. He showed up on time, was super cool about schedule changing, and stayed 5 whole hours longer than he had booked me for, simply because the job wasn't yet done, and he didn't leave until it was. He was professional, friendly, he had a great sense of humour, and he also calmed my panick, not only through his work, but through his demeanour, and he got me to relax (I was freaking out over the impending deadline, now less than a few days away) and trust him to do his job. Which he did exceptionally well. His work is exemplary, and I can now relax a bit LOL, which, thanks to him, will be in a bubble bath in my beautifully scrubbed, dubbed, and arranged bathroom. I intend to book him again through V Squared. I am unaware of how many employees V Squared has, but Rudy deserves a promotion. Legit. Really, my apartment is glistening right now and it ain't even Christmas, thanks to a good guy and a really terrific housekeeper superhero. read more

I have never written a bad review, however I feel compelled to inform potential consumers. I hired Rudy to Dj my daughter's sweet 16. Prior to the even he was very communicative and eager to understand our traditions. He asked for a playlist and a timeline, which I provided. On the day of the event he calls to say he's running late, then he calls to say he still needs to pick up his equipment, then he calls again to say that he is missing a cable... all of this while I'm still coordinating details and greeting guests! Well he shows up, sets up and I ask him if he has everything that he needs ( fortunately the venue lent him the cable that he needed). First the sound went off during a dance that my daughter and friends had choreographed, such a bummer because they had worked so hard rehearsing this special dance. Then he is lost and doesn't follow the itinerary and mispronounces names ( even though I included pronunciations in itinerary). The kicker was him using you tube for a playlist and having to listen to ads in between songs. And our playlist... like it never existed. I have asked him to disclose that he isn't a professional Dj so that consumers are aware of what they should expect. Oh, and as of now he still hasn't returned the cable that he borrowed. read more

Our Family had a great stay at The Eden apts. Host was very responsive to questions and actually showed up to let us in! Very well maintained & clean place with real bath towels, comfy beds and a Coffee maker that worked. I give the Wifi . Would stay again. Close to bus lines, safe location and the balcony view was a nice surprise. read more

I rarely give reviews and didn't intend on leaving one, but my experience with this company was so unpleasant that I had to. So I was moving out of an apartment 8/23/2019 so I received a quote from V squared services on thumbtack for house cleaning. We agreed on date/time/price for 8/22/2019 at least a week before the scheduled appointment time. He even requested a deposit, which I've never done before as I always pay the day of service. I paid a deposit of $75 which was well over half the price quoted for the job. 2 hrs before the scheduled appointment time, this gentleman texted me cancelling the job, stating that he didn't have a vacuum, and if we could reschedule for another week. I told him that my last day at the apartment was the next day, so that wouldnt do me any good. He also said that he would contact me in 4 days, and I haven't heard back from him since. This was over 3 weeks ago. I gave him ample time to be a professional, but he was a grave disappointment in my time and money. I got my money back from my credit card, but he still got paid. For the short notice cancelation I used my landlords house cleaner, which charged me over $400. Thanks V squared services, you suck! read more
