I've come to this salon probably the past year I mainly do pedicures. I've never been super happy with them they were just ok. But this last time I went, I decided I will never go back! I had the highest level pedicure (I forget what they call it?) it was not good, when the tech was done with hot towels, waxing and I think what she claimed was a massage, I noticed my bottom of my feet still had a lot of dry skin so I mentioned it to her, thinking she would go back and take some more off, instead she literally told me 'put lotion and socks on at night and maybe next time it be better' what the...?! I left with the same dry skin I went in there with AND I paid the most I've ever paid for a pedicure, there prices must have went up....NOT GOING BACK! read more

I've been to this salon a couple of times for pedicures. The place is beautiful and they do a decent job. I don't understand why they literally have sports on every single TV when every time I've been there there's only been one man there. I would think if even half the TVs had sports that would suffice for the women that like sports and then there would be something else for the rest of us. Every time I try to come here they're really bad about estimating times. Today I called ahead and asked if they would be ready for me in about 30 minutes. All I wanted was one of my nails repaired. I waited 30 minutes to come in by the time I came in they still weren't ready for me and I had to wait another 30 minutes inside until I was told that it would be another 10 minutes until I was helped even though they closed 20 minutes until then Just super unprofessional. It would've been nice to been communicated with from the time. I walked in saying that it wasn't gonna be another 40 minutes until they could help me I called simply so I wouldn't have to wait and then continue to wait double the time. read more

Honestly couldve gone much better for what i paid, beautiful nails but not worth 61$. Lady who did them was very nice and patient but I got short all nude nails with only an "A" and a heart. i wanted a different design as well and was unable to get what i asked so i just said nvm to that design but still got charged that much? Like ??? But anyway unfortunately my experience just wasn't the best... don't recommend coming here honestly unless you don't have a budget, and are looking for something very semi-quick and easy!! I was very happy with my visit to V Nails.. this was my 1st time along with my daughter.. we came & got Dip Manicures... walked into a clean space with tons of colors of nail polish!!! I made an appointment for 5pm and arrived just before 5pm. You acknowledged my check-in and then I sat for 15 minutes. You then said someone would be with me shortly. This is the ONLY nail salon that I have consistently stayed with! I have been multiple times and different days of the week. It is CLEAN. Everyone is friendly and I have had my nails done by several of the techs there and they are ALL EXCELLENT! The environment is relaxing and very calming. I highly recommend! read more

The appointment making process was easy however my nails were rushed the person at the front desk was the same person that did my nails and he continuously went back-and-forth tending to customers as well as answering the phones which I don't mind but I felt like my nails were rushed and they ended up kind of streaky. The French tip design was freehanded by him so the lines are not as clean and Christmas I hoped and also the color is not as opaque as the photo I showed him. read more

I checked in and was next for my appointment after being told one nail technician could not do tips. Nobody checked in with me after 21 minutes I trust to leave. I don't recommend as this was terribly poor service. And it's not as though it was busy by any means, I was the only one waiting. read more

The technician did not even wait for the feet to soak and barely scraped my feet. I specifically asked for good callous removal, and did nit even have the callous treatment applied in my feet. She just smiled and proceeded doing what she wanted to do. My experience in that place was the worst :( Lost a bunch of money and did not enjoy it. read more

I have been coming to V Nails since May. I am a every two week client like clock work and prefer to work with the same person each time. Upon my first try Jenny was very nice and very gentle as my nails needed care. I have never had to wait as my appointments are made two weeks in advance before I leave. A few times yes the polish came off within a week but not sure that was the Salons fault or just me doing things! So far so good and I will continue to have my nails done here by Jenny! I received one of the worst pedicures today ever, $68 for basically a pretty nail polish job on my toes, I have NEVER had someone use a nail buffer file on my feet instead of an actual callous foot file. My heals are no where near smooth and soft the way they should be after a correct pedicure. The tech put an excessive amount of lotion on my calfs while she moved her hands over my calfs quite a bit she was barely touching them. Was no where near any kind of massage. There was so much lotion on my calfs she had to put water on them to help get the excess off. In addition the hot towl wrap was none existed she used the hot towls to just wipe off the excessive lotion she put on my calves. What a waste of my hard earned money. I will NEVER go back to V Nails Spa and I will never recommend them! Only selecting 1 star because it won't let me select NO STARS! read more

I always had a good experience with Jordan (she is no longer there and they apparently don't know where she went). I also liked Kay. I made an appointment with Kay recently but got one (different) person for my mani, and one (again, different person) for my pedi. She rushed me back, tried to have me pick my nail polish color as she filed/cleaned my nails, rushed through my mani and then sent me on to someone else for pedi. While I sat there, she said something to her coworker about me because he coworker came over and talked to me about polish selections. Initially I thought maybe the first employee had something come up or was needing a break and that's why she was rushing, but after I left her station, she scrolled on her phone and talked to a coworker while I got my pedicure. I had always liked coming here and have been since it opened but I'm not going to spend the time or money for an experience like that. read more

The designs are fine, but it's way too pricey for what you get. The acrylic nail sets are around $65 at the base price (this could be off, I don't remember the prices exactly, just that they felt very high) and my designs weren't always straight, sometimes had smudging, and the nails themselves would tend to not be cut/sized right. When I got a set removed, they were pulled off in a way that left my nails damaged for months after. Nice employees, but services could improve. read more

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and was originally happy with the service. I got a dip manicure and the woman did a pretty good job. They weren't perfectly uniform because I have short nails.l and whenever I took a second to take a closer look, the woman seemed very concerned and asked "is everything okay?" every single time. Like, I was just trying to take a better look and she seemed very on edge that I was about to tell her I didn't like it. I couldn't take a second to get a better look without her panicking and asking if I was okay. However, I paid, tipped and left happy. About a week later I needed 1 nail repaired (it popped off pretty easily) and I needed it repaired pretty urgently as I was going to a concert that evening. I went in at about 3pm to get that ONE nail fixed and the gentleman who is always at the front, I'm assuming he's the owner, refused to fix it. They close at 7pm and and he said they were completely booked and didn't have time to fix my ONE nail. I ended up going to another place who was happy to fix it and it took like, 15 minutes. They didn't have the same color so it looked off and I cannot believe V Nails and Spa didn't have 15 minutes to fix my ONE nail that popped off every easily. I will not be returning! read more
