I never made an appointment; walked in and was seated right away. The salon was clean, and service was good. I chose the $20 pedicure which included a hot stone massage. The day i Went for my pedicure they had me sitting in the water for 30 minutes. Before doing anything! Ughhhh My water got cold. I asked them to warm it up to put more hot water and they said OK and They never put more hot water and never even asked me what kind of Pedicure I wanted .Then I get home and the gel polish just peeled right off my big toes and when I went back the next day after I had called and asked if they could fix it and he said yes come in. I get there and they tell me I have to wait an hour not very good customer service at all. So Frustrated WILL NEVER Come back again!! Oh man. I came here a few years ago for the first time and had a bad experience. I brushed it off and gave a second chance. I got basic white tips (not hand drawn) French, with clear acrylic and gel top coat. $55. Pricey but the application was fine. Then a couple months ago I wanted to treat myself but didn't want to travel too far due to having a small child at home. I decided to revisit this salon. I'll say, the pedicure is extremely basic but my toes looked cute when I left! The acrylic's however are another story. I paid $65 for this set. I'm aware I should have spoken up but the manicurist should have known better. This is so basic. It's just bad application. I'll just do my own nails at home now :( read more

Avoid this place if you want a well done job. I went in for a pedicure and was not satisfied with the service. The lady who did the service was an old lady and cut me throughout the whole process. She also cut my nails very short and I didn't notice until she was trying to file them even more and it hurt. I didn't want to say anything but paint was everywhere and it was so bad. I went back to request a refund just so everyone working would get involved and try to blame me and why I didn't say anything when she was doing it but I did and she lied saying that I told her to go very short when I had just told her to trim them like normal. They only wanted to give me half a refund to be "fair" for both sides but why am I going to pay for something that looks horrible and they even saw how bad it was but didn't care about their customer. According to local reviews, this is a great place. Unfortunately, I do not agree due to the rude service provided. Prior to coming, I called to verify that they could take my entire party on such short notice. Over the phone they seemed pleasant and helpful. Upon arriving, I asked for the chart with all the services and prices, I was told they only have one. I was already soaking my feet when I was told, therefore, I asked my husband to take a picture and show me. The gentlman that works in the salon was speaking ill of us and even swore at my husband in Vietnamese. Fortunately for us, my husband can understand some Viet. SANITATION- I am not sure how well they clean the pedicure bowls. There was a young lady sitting in the chair in which my husband was seated, prior to his pedicure, she was literally off the chair for less than 2 minutes when they seated my husband. I didn't see them sanitize between them! I hope they can provide better service, in the future, for the sake of local people. read more

First the salon is very dirty. There's a lot of dust everywhere. The ventilation is poor, the chemical smell is strong. Second, I've given this place three tries the quality of the fills are really poor, the nails are lifting within days, and they drill the fill and your cuticles down so much you need to return in a week. Third, the pedicures are expensive and mediocre at best, they're more concerned with up selling you on a gel polish than you leaving with a great pedicure. I would only return here if this place gets an overhaul , it's not worth the price for what you get. read more

Busy place and not very welcoming. I received the worst acrylic fill there I've ever had. He did my nails way too thick, I asked and he said that's how they're done (guess all the fills I've had for the past 15 years were done wrong). Cut me under my nails when attempting to fix the thickness. They have hundreds of bottles of polish on the wall but every choice I made from the palettes they presented to me was either out of stock or empty. No recommendations were made from the colors they had. I settled for a French manicure which is my least favorite just to end the 1-1/2 hour long visit. It was a horrible manicure. I did have a gel pedicure first and was happy with that. I would not recommend this place for acrylic fills at all. I will not be returning. To add to the bad experience, this was the most expensive salon I have been to in the valley or mountains. Definitely not worth the price at all. Update on my previous review. I walk in here with my mom and order her a deluxe pedicure solid red polish. They gave my mom a basic French pedicure which she did not like cause they nearly cut her while cutting her cuticles. I asked for sqoval acrylics that were solid black with the ring finger red with a matte finish, they look nothing like the photo that I showed them in the end I ended up with coffin nails. And they told me my total was $75 I was like why that's not the price I received over the phone and she told me cause they were coffin shaped and I said I did not ask for that I asked for sqoval and she's like we'll I can't change them. read more

Worst gel manicure ever! I could have saved 30 dollars and just done my own nails at home. You shouldn't come home after a manicure and feel as if you have to try to fix your just done nails. My nails were filed crooked, polish is bumpy, not polished all the way back to the cuticle. Don't go if you're in a rush seeing as they take twice as long as the other places I've been to, but you receive half the quality. Don't bother making an appointment. Poor customer service. They do not take down appt. So don't ask. Even if you tell them you'll come back, they will not take down your name. They do the minimum on pedicures. It took them 40 min to seat me, then another 40 min yo get to me. The man was rude when i was getting a fill, when he didn't have the color I had requested he said he didn't have time to wait for me to choose another color. Really!! Im paying you, so you will make the time. It took them about 3 hours to do a pedicure and a fill. If I could give this place negative stars I would. The pedicure I received was reasonable in cost and was relaxing. They use hot rocks, massage, and lotion. The problem was when the person made my toes bleed by cutting along the edges of my toe nails down into the skin. Yes blood. My toes hurt for days and were sore and swollen. I will never go back for a pedicure. I had already stopped going for acrylic nails because I ended up with air spaces under my nails and had 4 separate fungus spots that needed treatment. I honestly try not to be one of those people who only post bad stuff . But right now I'm sitting I. My truck crying ! I went I. With nice length nails and asked to have them shortened just a bit . The two people in there are NOT the normal people . The younger guy who was doing my nails completely screwed them up. I asked for them to be square on top and round on the sides. When I looked up from my phone he had completely destroyed my nails they were different lengths and shapes he kept asking me it was good I told him no. At the point that he left my nails he could not reshape them anymore without leaving me with absolutely no nail I let him finish , I paid because that's the type of person I am. However it actually upset me to not be able to give him a tip because he was so horrible do not go there ever he also cut himself twice on his glove taking off the tips of his own glove leaving his fingers exposed After he removed his gloves his fingers honestly looked Disgusting possibly fungus on them!!!
