From starting out nervous,…read moreinsecure, and overwhelmed on the road, I passed my driving test with a flawless 0 errors with the help of Derek! I couldn't practice at home and I wanted to sharpen up my skills as much as possible, so I bought two intermediate packages (36 hours). The sign up and payment process with Carly is easy! I just gave a call, was texted dates and times of my appointments, and the driving instructor would arrive. Derek is straightforward! If there's room for improvement or you make an error, he'll tell it as it is. He'll try to understand your thought process of why you made the error, and then give clear instructions on the proper approach and what to do next time. This really helped me improve and grow after each lesson! If you're an adult driver that is anxious about the road and self-conscious of their own skills, I highly recommend ADVAN Driving School!

S pass driving school was recommended to me by a family friend, but after my negative experience with the previous driving school I was wary. My first contact with S Pass Driving School was positive as the receptionist was so nice and accommodating. I had to make a schedule change last minute and she was able to squeeze me in. I first met David who was very thorough and easy to make conversation with. My remaining lessons were Angie and she was extremely thorough. We would go over the same intersections until I felt completely ready. I gained so much confidence with them, and we went over ALL the test points (even scanning intersections before entering them which i had no idea about!). I really didn't think I'd ever pass after taking so many lessons and feeling defeated. My 3 lessons with S Pass driving school fueled my confidence, I'm now licensed thanks to them!! I was very unfamiliar with the El Monte area (where I took my test), but I was able to pass with 3 lessons and no additional practice in the area because of how observant they are during the lessons. They are extremely thorough and their business is so organized compared to others I've encountered. The entire team is so nice and friendly. Again, a huge thank you to the S Pass team, I don't think I could've gone with a better option!

She confirmed my lesson, then sent me a confirmation text with the lesson times, then said "sorry wrong student," then told me my lesson times weren't available anymore. When I tried to move the lesson, she said I'd have to pay $50. I tried to reason with her and told her i could pay half of it or something smaller because I couldn't make the lesson anymore due to having to move stuff around cuz of her mistake, to which she replied that the $50 wasn't available anymore and I'd have to pay the fee of the entire lesson. The business seems quite disorganized. It's not a surprise that most of the negative reviews refer to the administration rather than the instructors. :(
