I can not complain about the service or the hair cut as I never received service and this is worse…read morethan getting a poor haircut. My appointment was on October 9 at 8am. Woke early on a much needed day off to get my hair cut at this very nice barber that was by appointment only. This is my reservation: Service: Haircut and Style Provider Name: Jesse Medina Appointment Details When: 09 Oct 2026 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM (EDT) I was there 5 minutes early and it is now 8:11 and the shop is still not open and no cars on the parking lot. NO Service is the worst service. My time is worth more than the person that I am going to pay to be there to perform a service. I do not expect a notification of the delayed or cancelled appointment but I would like to remind services that if businesses have the audacity to charge if we the customer misses an appointment perhaps reciprocity would be an appropriate action when the reverse occurs. Sorry about this long and poor review of your company but perhaps you need a wake up call, at least your employees do !

However, my boyfriend went in asking for a simple blend on the sides the other day just to clean things up, and instead a bunch was taken off the top/front, the sides weren't blended AT all, and the back wasn't even touched. He had to come home and trim down the sides himself because the hair was still so long. She did the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of what he asked. He's gone to several other places in the past and has never had an experience like this. He was in and out in 10 minutes, and said the whole experience felt rushed and that there was no attention given to what he was actually asking for. He left extremely unhappy with his haircut, and unfortunately there's not a whole lot that can be done to fix it now. He definitely will not be returning.
