He accused me of trying to cheat the business, referred to me as a "swindler" and a "repeated offender," and questioned where I had obtained the photos I sent of my own dress. I wanted to bring the dress back to have the issue addressed, but the owner told me I was banned from the business. There was no offer to resolve the problem. I just want to warn people about this place. Both the condition of my dress and the way my complaint was handled were extremely disappointing. They were very respectful of our belongings, worked carefully around our cat, and were incredibly kind and patient with our very curious three-year-old who kept checking in on what they were doing.
