Brought in a leather jacket that needed a new zipper, the lady said she could do it & to come
Back in a week and the cost was $50. Upon my attempt to retrieve the jacket, I throughly inspected the "new zipper" while the zipper was new, the craftsmanship was horrible. Loose threads and popping seams. When I brought this issue to her attention, she began yelling at me that "it took a long time" and then says that the lose threads are from the previous zipper. Not so. She then pulls out a lint roller and tried to "remove the threads" when I again showed her that the sewing was a bad job she and the man got really offended and told me to leave. I asked for a seam ripper to remove the zipper and she pulled the jacket from my hands. Then I'm told "she's very sensitive" so I said when you request work to be done and you pay for it, do you not expect it to be done correctly? The zipper was literally pulling out the threads were so loose. Do yourself a favor and NEVER patronize this place. Go elsewhere. Unprofessional in every sense. read more
