I love wandering through this gorgeous old Mill building, and we got a chance to see it fully decorated for a wedding once and WOW, was it lovely. There's a separate ballroom area and room for a bar. You definitely feel like you've taken a tesseract into a different time in this beautiful old building. Photographic opportunities abound here, as the creek winds through the property, the mill circulates the water, and wildflowers pepper the creekside. Beautiful flowerboxes adorn the railings over the bridge. Magical place.

The new operators are in the process of planning for their preservation and use of this historic venue, and reimagining how the property can continue to enhance the beautiful and vibrant nature of the Northport community. It was a little confusing at first since no one was around to guide us, but a kind staff member eventually helped. You pay after picking by Venmo, cash drop box, or at the bar. Just note that if you pay at the bar, tax is added. They had live music while we were there, the pizza smelled amazing, and the cider options at the bar were great. They also have a corn maze, which looked fun, though my husband chickened out thanks to Children of the Corn . Overall, it's a good family spot. Just plan your visit early for the best fruit-picking experience!

They ran out of pizza, so we were forced to order overpriced members mark appetizers straight from the frozen aisle of Sam's Club. The boneless buffalo chicken wings were advertised as eight pieces, but we got six wings, no ranch, and paid $16. This was more than a pizza was supposed to cost, but again we couldn't order a pizza if we wanted too. The overall atmosphere was cool, but there was not staff to keep the place clean. We had plates from previous customers at our table during our whole visit. The only thing keeping this from a one star review was the awesome band, Wax. They put on a fantastic show! The staff was also friendly enough, but the management problems are abundant and on display.

I'm not the girl who dreamed of a magical wedding day my whole life (I wanted to get married in a courthouse) - but this unbelievably gorgeous venue and all of Brian's coordination made me feel like a queen on the day. Bride Tip: HIRE BRIAN as your wedding planner & coordinator. I can't even begin to cover the ways he and his incredible staff went above and beyond for not just me, but my party and family. His coordination with outside vendors, his setup team, and his sense of humor made the weekend enjoyable when I thought I'd be a hot mess. He also set us up with gorgeous home rentals so my friends and family could stay in town for the wedding and didn't have to stay in Gaylord or local rinky-dink hotels - I highly recommend you ask about these rentals, because my family RAVED about how gorgeous they were and I couldn't believe how cost effective the properties were in comparison to some of the Gaylord hotels. I might divorce my husband just so we can get remarried and do it all again at The Manor. Seriously, the best weekend of my life. I want you to feel as good as we did on your big day. Bryan is extremely thoughtful in his caretaking of the property: it's a beautiful building and the grounds are spectacular. He also genuinely takes pride in his ability to help curate an atmosphere that is unique to you as a couple, which is something that is not found in many property owners. We took full advantage of all of Nature's offerings, including having 70 of our friends on site with us in the glamping tents Friday and Saturday night. The glamping experience truly made our wedding so unique and magical: there is a huge fire pit in the middle of the woods that added countless hours for creating memories. The glamping accommodations were bougie enough for even the most high maintenance of our friends: everyone was comfortable and raved about their experience! When our original plan for hosting a Sunday brunch fell through at the 11th hour, Bryan graciously let us host the brunch at Nature, once again showing his accommodating nature (no pun intended). One thing I will say is that this venue is not for those who are looking for full service planning and coordination. We did hire a weekend coordinator (who did a great job) but even despite having her onboard, we had an incredible amount of help from family and friends to pull this off. There's no way we could've had the wedding of our dreams without the support from everyone including Bryan, but just fair warning that this venue is very much a DIY blank canvas and requires you as the hosts to be flexible, so make sure you're up for it! We would change not a single thing and would recommend Nature to anyone looking to host a unique and memorable gathering.

We had spiders the size of frogs in our tent all over! The owner made the wedding party put sheets on the tents, take the garbage out, sweep the floor of the tented banquet area, we had to set up table and chairs for reception, we had to set up chairs for the ceremony, again all while he and his two workers are sitting and watching us. He literally had the audacity to sit and watch all of us work! It's a shame they are willing to run this type of operation for such special occasions. My hunch is it won't last long!

REGARDLESS of what the map on their website shows only sites 1-22 are actually completely finished. They are the beautiful sites with the stamped concrete and rolling lawns you see in the picture. These sites are all OWNED. Not by seasonal campers but by seasonal owners/residents. You will not get one of these spots if you call to book a spot. Sites 23-32, 39-51 and 78-83 are mostly finished but they are not the beautiful sites you see on the website. They are still working on getting some of the lawn and sprinkler systems installed. Some of these sites are also owned. The A pull through sites are finished and long but very skinny. Sites 32-38 are in swamp every time it rains even a little. We ended up in site 35 you can see the pictures yourself. The rest of the sites do not exist. We had booked a pull through, but when we got there we were told that they are not guaranteed and they were all full. I was not told this could happen on the phone, when I paid in full in April. We were then told we would be going to spot 29. However, there was someone in 29. The person taking us to our site looked around and said-I guess 35 is open. Take that. The pipes for the irrigation system were not even buried yet. When I went to complain I was told a variety of things. We were told we could be moved to one of the pull throughs in a few days. But we were already set-up and would have had to move on a workday. We declined. That was the only offer of any type of correction or compensation or apology. We were not offered any refund if we left or we would have. A few days into our stay they buried the irrigation pipes by hand. However, one of the pipes must have been broken or leaking because the site became a swamp every night. It rarely dried up. The pool and the community room and area is BEAUTIFUL. However, if you are not an owner you will get dirty looks and snotty comments if you attempt to use them. We gave up. There is only one community fire pit that is right in the middle of all the owner lots which was very uncomfortable. The website says there are activities and get togethers but we never saw or heard of any. Maybe they were only for owners? It has been 17 days since we pulled out and today I got a text telling me I owed them for electric. I paid a total of 1495 for 35 nights and now I am also being charged for electric. We were not aware that this was not included in the 1495. The area and the weather were both beautiful, but we have never been so happy for a moving day. We have been all over the country and never found a place where we felt legit scammed first by the website but then by management acting like it was normal that we should pay that much to be in a swamp and we should not believe our lying eyes. This was a negative experience and you could not pay us to stay there again.
