When we asked for applause for the chef, the audience shouted "YUM!" (That seriously happened.) The Pineapple Bacon Appetizer is so good I want to have sex with it - or in it - or both. The food was pure and specific - so healthy. The vegetarian option was REALLY good and I am not a big fan of veggie options, being a meat kind of guy. And yeah - the barbecue was incredible. If you go on The Knot, you will find lots of grand reviews. I will review there, too. Most say the following: "Best wedding food I've ever had." This sounds like hyperbole - it's not. It's seriously the best wedding food I've ever had. These are really good people - professionals that take pride in what they do.
