Their staff was VERY helpful with suggestions and even gave us a discount on labor since we paid it all in full up front. When our parts were not delivered on time they had to set up a different day to install our parts which ended up being on a day we had to work. When we dropped the car off they explained that it would have to stay overnight which was not an option for us being as we had to be to work that night and had no other transportation. The owner of the shop was called in and seeing as it was their mess up for not having our parts on time he went above and beyond his call of customer service and actually lent us his own personal car!!! There was nothing that would have made us more happy then what he had does for us (besides paying for a rental which would have taken too long, or scheduling the installment for another time since we had explained beforehand we were going to be going out of town) So I applaud and appreciate the hospitality and trust of this small town shop owner!
