Unfortunately because of this I was surprised that the $63 gel pedicure did not include a massage (my favorite part). The $20 gel charge was also a surprise ($43 base price + gel = $63) I'm used to gel costing $10-15 more than regular polish. The moisturizer used and amount used is also subpar, I will need to moisturize when I go home.

My technician was super attentive and gave me one of the best calf massages I've had during a pedicure--truly terrific and relaxing. I left feeling pampered and refreshed. I was able to make an appt on Yelp. They were friendly in the phone and book me same day. I was serviced by Kiana. She allowed me to have a relaxing pedicure in the massage chair without talking to me. Then when she gave me the manicure we had a great conversation. She was professional and offered great service and quality work. She only works Saturday and Sundays but the salon is open 7 days a week. They never close. They offer bottled water, sparkling water, champagne and a variety of alcoholic beverages. I have no complaints. Because I get simple and easy services, I'd return again. I had no issues.

They all have conversations with each other and all the clients. It is by appointment, I don't think they take walk ins. They book out so I always book 2 appointments at a time and I've never had a problem getting a day/time I want when booking 3-4 weeks out. You can book there or you can text them which I love. I always see Gabby who is amazing! I show her a picture of what I want and she is always able to do it and makes sure to ask my opinion if something needs to be changed. I would trust anyone there though. They all seem amazing. I have seen them execute some very detailed nail art amazingly. She always takes her time and does a thorough job. I've rarely had my nails chip in between appointments and I go between 2-4 weeks apart. It is priced comparably for nail art (I typically pay around $65 for a manicure and nail art) they have a teacher discount, too!
