If 10 stars had been available, Cobbra Closets would have earned each and every one of them. I am…read moreabsolutely thrilled with my new closet! Barry was incredibly flexible and worked with me to accommodate my travel schedule. This isn't one of the nationwide chain closet companies that expect you to work within their own parameters; this is actually a custom-designed closet. Barry truly listened to what I wanted, then submitted his designs and invited me to his showroom where we worked together to modify the plan until it was perfect. His innovative suggestions and willingness to consider even the craziest ideas resulted in a small walk-in closet resembling a high-end boutique. Oh, it wasn't simply the closet that he built. He also replaced the flooring and redesigned the entry so that it flows beautifully into the adjoining space. I wish I had not waited so long to call.

I'd give 0 stars if that was an option.

After messing up our limestone counter tops (4 total), it was time for professional help. I called…read moreVincenzo's and spoke with Vincent. After explaining the problem to him, he gave great advise and a time estimate based on what I told him about the problem (etched limestone). He got great ratings and reviews on HomeAdvisor so I thought I would give him a go. Upon arrival it was just him, no flunkies. He did not have huge, expensive equipment. I would even call him "old school" but the man knows his business. He is the type of artisan you would expect to see from a family owned business that has been at it for generations. He spoke as he worked, explaining as he restored. He even gave me his home recipe for making a paste to remove stubborn stains if this were to arise in the future. He never tried to sell products or services I did not need. He completed the job slightly under his time estimate. Important because he charges by the hour. And the results . . . nothing short of superb!!! My wife was so pleased, I wanted to accept the credit. The job was labor intensive and I am happy I did not attempt it myself. He made it look easy but when I attempted a simple application of a sealer . . . definitely not as easy as he made it look. The counter tops are now stunning and new looking. Whats more is now I have the knowledge to keep them that way. Vincent is accessible for questions should they arise after he completes the job. And the estimates I obtained from the big companies were twice as much. If you are in need of stone resurfacing or stain removal, Vincenzo's should be your go-to contractor!

Chad at Arvada-Lakewood Fence Company was good to work with, efficient and fairly priced. He wasn't…read morethe lowest bid and he wasn't the highest -- but he offered the most for the money. We had a big job. Huge eight foot fence with steel posts, eight foot gate with steel posts and swinging doors, another metal sliding driveway gate, a six foot cedar privacy fence, a six foot chain link fence with a person-gate and a vehicle gate, more chain link in other areas, and then a couple of other gates, one wood and one metal. We're talking thousands and thousands of dollars, and we wanted someone with a good work ethic who could do the job right. We were not disappointed. The entire (huge) job took about a week and a half to finish, not counting the unusual torrential downpours we experienced in Colorado at the time. The workers on the job were great, especially the guys who custom-made our wooden gate. They did a wonderful job and were always extremely friendly and efficient. I will say that there was some delay in our job starting. It started weeks after projected, though to be honest I expected this, having worked with many fence companies before. It was either a permit issue or a job scheduling issue, but at the end of the day, I don't much care. I love my fences and my gates, I feel much more secure, and I cannot recommend Chad and Arvada-Lakewood Fence Co enough!

I remodeled my kitchen in the last 6 weeks. We visited Niron's retail store, met with Greg, and…read moregot a bid for semi-custom cabinets. The cabinets and assistance was great, but was significantly more than comparable Ikea cabinets. We chose Niron for our quartz counters though, a good price and great selection. For the most part the interaction was positive. When the crew came out to measure 'template' for the counters, they misunderstood our request for the island. But we didn't realize that they'd not extended the quartz for an overhang for barstools until they brought the slab out for install. Of course the extra material cost more and took longer. We are delighted with the quartz, the workmanship and the end results. However, the misunderstanding is disappointing and changed our budget. Greg has taken my suggestion to confirm the measurements with the homeowner before fabrication and delivery.

We were at a loss…read morewhen we first considered renovating- we didn't know where to start looking for cabinets and counters and sinks and faucets and backsplashes, the list goes on and on. We did abundant research and got a number of bids until an internet search for the brand of cabinet we liked (and could afford) lead us to Niron Depot. They are a small, one-stop shop with everything you need for a kitchen remodel. Unlike the big box stores with multiple departments for everything, Niron Dept has it all in one showroom with brands at the top of the price range all the way down to solid, quality brands that a family of 5 on a tight budget could afford. We signed on the dotted line when Avi committed to an install time that was at least a month shorter than everywhere else we had looked. And he made good on his promise, sending an expert crew of installers who were beyond helpful and courteous. We chose quartz for our countertops and changed the design a number of times after we had put in the initial order. Avi and Greg were amazing in their availability to help with the changes, coming out to remeasure a number times to ensure a seamless install. The counter crew was amazing- the job was quite complex and the finished product is truly breathtaking and by far the crown jewel of our home. I would recommend Niron Depot to any of my friends and family. Thanks Avi (and Greg)! Until next time...,
