The waiting area is very aesthetically pleasing and the person on the front desk warmly welcomed me. Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience here. It wasn't particularly Dr. Wiley's fault, but I did feel completely rushed out of my appointment, but pressured to immediately put a card down before I could be seen by the tech who checked me in. I was seen for exactly 9 minutes. That's not to say Dr. Wiley wasn't thorough, but it felt like I was only good for dollar signs. As I said, I was not allowed to be seen unless I registered a credit card with them. As I only have a debit card, I requested before they charge my card if they could please call me. This did not happen. They charged me and didn't even email me a receipt. So when I followed up with them on the phone requesting a receipt to be sent via email, the conversation was rather hostile, until the person read in my notes that I had requested a call prior to being charged. They then became very apologetic, but unfortunately the previous customer service experience can't be erased. Again, this is why I felt like I was only good for dollar signs and won't be going back. 2.5 rounded down.

I was very nervous going in, knowing it was very likely I would need to have a spot on my face removed, which I did. My appointment was one of the last ones available that day (so I would only need to leave my office around 30min early) and they were still able to fit the procedure in that day. Dr. Zeller was very kind and talked me through everything. The actual procedure was relatively painless and I left with instructions on caring for the wound and offered a free wound check appointment if needed. My wound healed very well so this wasn't needed. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone in searching for a dermatologist.

I needed surgery to repair it. The woman's insurance company was threatening to sue me and harassing me multiple times a day to try to get me to dismiss the injuries as false. I also had a concussion, couldn't hear out of my left ear for a few months, had Bell's palsy, shingles and 3 bulging discs in my neck. I told Dr. Grant I thought I was going to have to get a lawyer to get Geico to stop harassing me, and he accused me of being the problem. fine, whatever, have your opinion. something else he did disgusts me. He told me and 2 other family members he released an entrapped tendon and repaired my rotator cuff, but in my surgical notes he changed that. luckily for me he wrote it on my post op note when leaving the hospital in his handwritten statement. it's the only up reason my medical costs were covered. what a jerk! do better Dr. grant! thank god I had a lawyer because my doctor didn't care what happened to me. that's clear. his surgery skills were fine, however.

It was done quickly and well and my follow up care was excellent. I could not be happier with the care I received from everyone in the office. The whole operation is very patient-centered and they are very accommodating about everything from appt. times to extra attention when a complication arises .
