Customer service IS STILL ALIVE!…read more This shop recently did nano-ceramic window tints on our motorhome. Prior to choosing Deluxe Window Tint we did our research as well as contacted many other companies, Albert(the Owner) really impressed us with his pricing, diligence and response times so we decided to go with Deluxe Window Tint. I dropped the motorhome off in the morning and it was done and ready to pick up in the afternoon. Upon my arrival I noticed what appeared to be some damage to an awning and pointing it out to the employees. Ultimately Albert made a return trip to the shop and we discussed my concerns. His very first statement put my mind at ease "I am not here to deny anything, only to understand the situation and take care of our customer". WHEW! (This was not the response I was expecting after recently dealing with another company who wrongly wired our Jeep up for flat towing behind the motorhome. The next morning that shop foreman was very arrogant when I pointed it out and asked to have it corrected. The installing mechanic looked at my paperwork and immediately said he would have it done in 20 minutes. That shop foreman made it a point to not acknowledge me for the next 20 minutes as I waited in the showroom). As Albert and I looked at my concerns and discussed what could have, as well as what could not have, happened there was nothing but professionalism and discovery evident. After a while it became clear that I was wrong and they had in fact not damaged the awning. It was an embarrassing moment for me as I apologized profusely to both the employee as well as to Albert. They understood how I could have misinterpreted what I had seen and graciously accepted my apology. As we all know things can happen(or in my case, not happen), it's how they are dealt with that truly define a company's culture and an Owner's core belief. In the end I left the shop with plans to bring my Jeep back for window tinting as well, that's how impressed I was. Don't hesitate to trust this shop to do what's right! Thank You, Albert(and crew) for being a standup guy as well as for doing a fantastic job on our motorhome! The Jeep is next!

Involving and promoting other shops in your review while making accusations about our work is inappropriate and unfair, especially when those businesses were not part of the original transaction. Because of the tone and conduct in your messages, you will not be meeting with me or any of my staff on Monday or at any other time going forward. I will not tolerate being spoken to in the manner you have been addressing me. If you believe you have a warranty concern related to XPEL products, I am happy to refer you to another certified XPEL installer who can assist you with evaluating or processing any potential warranty claim. That would be the appropriate path moving forward. I wish you the best and hope you are able to resolve your concerns through another certified shop." keep in mind he's the one who contacted and showed up first . to multiple shops after I chose his competitor(s) haven't seen this man since 2024. Not even asking for free work or anything warranty related. After he did this whole act he must be called out especially as an adult business owner with a law degree like himself. My response; Michael Justis This response is exactly what I expected. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

Best. Service. Ever…read more I was on a mission for a business that was tougher to find than I had once anticipated, and that was for vehicle headlight restoration. This is an issue that can affect many vehicles (including my Honda) and can actually be a safety concern when driving at night or in inclement weather. Over time, when a vehicles' headlights are exposed to UV light, oxidation can gradually occur over the years. This as well as flying debris, bugs, dirt, chemicals, and water vapor can all contribute to deteriorating the headlights as well as the overall value of any vehicle. Not to mention, that hazy/foggy appearance just looks plain ugly. This takes me to "916AutoWorks". I had found this place specifically on Yelp. The business itself focuses primarily on window tinting but they also do paint restoration, interior detail, and engine bay cleaning. I had called at least half a dozen businesses while only being able to talk to two places. The business owner of this place, Alex texted me back after he saw my missed call. We communicated strictly through text, he quoted me a very fair and reasonable price, and I booked my appointment on 3/31/2022 @ 12pm. The location itself is a little bit on the hidden side. Even though the address is on Arden Way, the entrance is actually off of Markston Road (in between Arden Way & Alta Arden Expressway). It is also quite close to "Leatherby's Ice Cream" as you will definitely want to park in the rear parking lot to find the business. After I signed a short form and handed over my keys, they went to work on my car right away. And within 25 short minutes, my car was done! As shown on my before and after photos, you can see just how much oxidation buildup occured over the years. I even had some scratches on one of my headlights that were also quite noticeable that were not nearly as apparent as before. But the clarity is a night and day difference! And since I do quite a bit of driving at night, this will give me much more reassurance and peace of mind when I am behind the wheel. All in all, "916AutoWorks" was a five-star experience in my book. Amazing service, excellent work, and very fair prices!

I have a very specific project and called several companies in Sacramento. If I change my project or I get ready to get the windows on my Jeep tinted, I will come back here for sure.
