Customer service IS STILL ALIVE!…read more This shop recently did nano-ceramic window tints on our motorhome. Prior to choosing Deluxe Window Tint we did our research as well as contacted many other companies, Albert(the Owner) really impressed us with his pricing, diligence and response times so we decided to go with Deluxe Window Tint. I dropped the motorhome off in the morning and it was done and ready to pick up in the afternoon. Upon my arrival I noticed what appeared to be some damage to an awning and pointing it out to the employees. Ultimately Albert made a return trip to the shop and we discussed my concerns. His very first statement put my mind at ease "I am not here to deny anything, only to understand the situation and take care of our customer". WHEW! (This was not the response I was expecting after recently dealing with another company who wrongly wired our Jeep up for flat towing behind the motorhome. The next morning that shop foreman was very arrogant when I pointed it out and asked to have it corrected. The installing mechanic looked at my paperwork and immediately said he would have it done in 20 minutes. That shop foreman made it a point to not acknowledge me for the next 20 minutes as I waited in the showroom). As Albert and I looked at my concerns and discussed what could have, as well as what could not have, happened there was nothing but professionalism and discovery evident. After a while it became clear that I was wrong and they had in fact not damaged the awning. It was an embarrassing moment for me as I apologized profusely to both the employee as well as to Albert. They understood how I could have misinterpreted what I had seen and graciously accepted my apology. As we all know things can happen(or in my case, not happen), it's how they are dealt with that truly define a company's culture and an Owner's core belief. In the end I left the shop with plans to bring my Jeep back for window tinting as well, that's how impressed I was. Don't hesitate to trust this shop to do what's right! Thank You, Albert(and crew) for being a standup guy as well as for doing a fantastic job on our motorhome! The Jeep is next!

Sent a message thru Yelp and Sharif responded quickly and answered my questions. Burt and I spoke to Sharif and he promised he'd take care of me and give me a deal. Made an appointment for Saturday but we decided Sunday worked better. I rolled in at 9am Sunday and was warmly greeted by Sharif. He patiently answered more questions & brought out rolls of the different tints to my car. He held them up to my window and told me to view it from the outside looking in and vice versa. I asked for his expert advice and we settled on a package that I was happy with. Sharif and another employee worked on it while I watched the process and asked more questions. He allowed me to go in the back room to check on the progress. Great place to get your car tint done. Office is minimal along with the waiting room so it was uncluttered and a relaxing place to wait. AC was blasting which was very much appreciated during these hot summer days! Unisex restroom was clean, uncluttered and smelled nice which is not typical from my experience of car-related businesses. Sharif made the wait a tolerable experience. He offered water during my wait and had endless patience with my questions. He also kept me updated on the progress and I was out the door after 4 hours just like he said! I tinted my entire car and added a sun strip on the windshield. He gave me a great price compared to other places. He explained the warranty and how to clean my windows without damaging the tint. He also gave me a microfiber cloth along with a can of foaming window cleaner! Great personal service all around and quality work! Would TOTALLY recommend Sharif! Thanks for keeping me cool!

I was irritated by their policies and communication. I'm really not looking for arrogance from my service provider. I am the customer... And I don't like to start off being lectured before the project has begun Frankly, I'm looking for a nice, simple, clean transaction, at a fair price. A transaction where both parties do what they're supposed to do - without an onerous deposit or lecture from the business owner in advance. Recently I picked up a used Tesla for guests starting g with us. Just seems simpler to have a car for them to use, rather than calling Hertz. Normally, I would do a window tinting application closer to home in case there are problems... But I remembered the exceptional experience I had four years ago with our Mercedes Airstream van with the folks at High Quality Window Tinting. The install guys were great... And when the final product was completed... I began to second-guess my choice of this lighter tint. The owner, Tru, encourage the guys to swap out to any window tint I wanted... At no extra cost. That's just remarkable service. Above and beyond what any reasonable customer could ever expect. After some thought, I decided to keep the lighter tint. I finished by tipping the terrific installers generously, and headed south to Ventura. These folks here are Terrific, and a pleasure to work with Tru and High Quality Window Tinting once again. ...
