What an awesome time!!! Our tour guide was Kole, who was clearly knowledgeable and very cognizant of finding challenging routes while keeping safety in mind. The tour was very well priced and competitive for the amount of substance we got. The guide was friendly and also provided many recommendations about what to check out in the area. 5 star service and hope to continue coming back here for many years!! Great family and great people!!! Most of the bad reviews on here are clearly from people who were driving reckless and did not listen to their guide. Our guide was amazing. I would give more stars if I could. We rented two UTV's for the sunset tour and the stops we made were breathtaking. The UTV's were clean and had cup holders. The shop has a bathroom. I would definitely recommend and book again from them to do other tours.

Totally Unsafe, Negligent, and Greedy - Avoid UTV Adventure Tours at All Costs Our experience with UTV Adventure Tours (UTVAT) in Washington, Utah, was nothing short of terrifying. What was supposed to be a safe adventure turned into a near-death experience, hospital emergency room, surgery, and long recovery, all due to the company's gross negligence, complete disregard for customer safety, and blatant greed. What happened: Our tour consisted of four UTVs, all traveling in single-file formation. The group consisted of eleven people from four families. The first vehicle was driven by a guide with one passenger. The rest of us followed in the one-line formation, maintaining the same speed and path as the lead vehicle. Complete disregard for the safety of customers: * Within the first hour, one of the UTVs experienced the same recurring serious drivetrain failure, leading to sudden loss of power. This happened three times in a row. Each time, the guide attempted the same "fix" and insisted we continue using the vehicle. * After the second failure, it was clear that the fix didn't work. * After the third failure, the guide called the head office, as the vehicle was clearly unsafe and could break down at any moment. * Yet, demonstrating complete disregard for customer safety and gross negligence, the customers were told to continue driving machine with known severe mechanical failure! Moreover, the repeatedly failing vehicle was put at the end of the convoy, where it could not be observed and helped if needed. * The breakdowns were not caused by excessive speed (all vehicles traveled in one-lane formation with the same speed). Nor were they caused by poor driving. The failures persisted no matter which driver was behind the wheel. Every next driver was more cautious than the previous, yet the vehicle would still break down). Final breakdown of the UTV: * The fourth time the same UTV lost power, it locked up and rolled over. A young woman, PhD student, was sitting in the passenger seat and sustained severe injury just half an inch from her eye. She suffered a concussion, extensive bleeding, emergency surgery, CT scans, and facial scars. * After being released from the hospital and returning home, her condition worsened, resulting in another ER visit. She continued to experience headaches for weeks and missed a month of school under doctor's orders. Her medical bills have already reached $6,830 (and more are still pending). * Other passengers received minor injuries but were lucky to avoid emergency room. Absence of Emergency Protocols: * Since the malfunctioning UTV was put at the rear of the formation, the guide was unaware of the accident for a long time. After arriving at the next stop, noticing the missing vehicle, and receiving no replies from the walkie-talkie, the guide waited another 10 minutes before finally initiating a search. * Meanwhile, the wounded passengers struggled to escape the rolled UTV. * Luckily, our group included three doctors who administered first aid and called for an ambulance, while the guide seemed clueless about what to do and had no emergency protocol in place. Absence of Safety Protocols: * Company did not know how handle malfunctioning vehicles: despite the vehicle having repeated serious mechanical problem, company insisted on customers to keep driving it, willingly and knowingly risking their lives. * Company did not know what to do in case of accident, delaying search party, and failing to call ambulance immediately. * To make matters worse, the guide was observed chain-vaping and jittery while driving! We can only wonder whether the company had any drug testing protocols. * We were discouraged from wearing helmets, and the guide himself did not wear one either. Shockingly Greedy: * From the start, the guide reminded us about tipping, even though a 20% tip had already been included in our reservation bill--before the tour even started! * The tour, sold as a 3-hour adventure, actually lasted 1 hour 40 minutes, due to delayed start (none of the four UTVs were filled with gas), repeating break downs and repairs, and eventual accident cutting it short. Despite this, the company charged our credit cards the full amount, including the 20% tip for this disastrous experience. * Instead of showing any concern for the injured passenger or her mounting medical bills, the company immediately attempted to charge our credit cards for repairs to the malfunctioning UTV. * When we refused to pay, they began intimidating us with daily (!) fines for the repair. Conclusion: The company knowingly made us to ride in a malfunctioning UTV, until it finally caused a severe accident. This company prioritizes profits over safety. Stay away if you value your life and your health.

We took our first ever utv tour today, and it was a great experience. Our group included 2 adults, 2 kids age 4 and 7. Some parts were challenging however overall I feel its a very kid friendly tour aided by the wonderful kindness of Casidy, and her husband the "radical" James. These 2 are a great pair, so cool and extremely knowledgable. I had a tremendous time and would highly recommend it to parents with small kids.

This is MUST DO experience when you're in Southern Utah. The sights are breathtaking and you'll never experience anything like it, especially driving on the sand dunes. Added bonus is that it's very family-friendly. We brought our 6 and 9 year old and they love the fun ride and climbing/exploring on the rocks. Thanks UTV Adventure Tours!

Came to Zion to run my half marathon and wanted to go on a fun thrilling adventure and found this company! We were able to get a booked slot the same day even with the run in town (2500 runners). Randall was very informative and enjoys talking about what he loves. He was patient and explained everything we needed to know to have an adrenaline safe good time. Our tour guides James and Casidy were quite the fun duo. They were very welcoming and genuine. We had fun hauling sand our own utv following behind them. The rock crawl was the most intense, fun and stomach twirling experience worth every second of fear and excitement. The views were unreal. They took us to a few stops to take in the most amazing views you can see and snag a picture if you want one. I would definitely recommend coming here if you want something out of the bustle of Zion itself and If you want to see the beauty that Hurricane, UT has to show. The red sand was vibrant and the rock formations looked almost fake but they are VERY MUCH real. There are also some cute doggos that were just as welcoming! I'd suggest exploring this place because you will NOT regret it. Thank you for the lovely experience and memories of adventure that we wont forget.

A must do experience in Southern Utah! Worth every penny. Did the 3 hour tour with wife and (3 yo) son. He's kinda small, but we put his car seat in the front passenger seat and he had a blast! Cars have headsets with intercoms and we were able to talk to our son throughout the trip. You really get to see it all as far as terrain goes. Great trails, some rock crawls, sand dunes, and down by the lake. I've done a fair amount of riding, but this was a great way to introduce the family with a guided tour. Great balance of comfort and thrills. Thanks to UTV Adventures and our guide Brad for a memorable day.

This was such an amazing, unforgettable experience. Tracy and Cole were awesome. The trails were unbelievable. The vehicles were well maintained. Inside they had head sets so we all could talk to each other. Cole was our tour guide and the trails were so much fun. I will never forget this.

It's very unfortunate that I have to leave a 1 star review but the customer service here is awful. Specifically Randall, the owner, which is even more disappointing. We drove down for an adventurous birthday weekend trip and were very much looking forward to riding some UTV's. So you can imagine the excitement when we were able book 3 of the 4 seater UTV's for our group of 9 a few days before our trip. The day of our scheduled tour we went for a hike at Zion earlier in the day and had a shuttle booked to take us up and bring us back from our hike. Unfortunately the shuttle ran into some problems and arrived late picking us up. Part of our group had skipped out on the hike and arrived early for our scheduled UTV tour time. They then informed the owner the rest of the group was coming soon but we were running a bit behind (20 min) due to unforeseen circumstances. The owner told our group we would not be able to do the tour. I asked to speak with the owner, knowing we were at fault for our late arrival but wanting to figure out what the best thing to do would be and how they would be able to accommodate us. The owner immediately came off rude and told us we could not do the tour that we would not make it. Completely understand, okay, so what next? Are we able to be refunded or even partially refunded? The owner with the same demeanor stated "No. Absolutely not." (I am a little upset at this point at his manner of speaking) Okay, then possibly we can reschedule or be fit in to another time slot for a different day? His reply "Sure we can fit you in for another day, you guys will need to pay full price again for that day." -- Surely you would think there would be some way to be accommodated for a 20 minute late arrival after spending ~$930. Especially when there is no policies anywhere on their website in regards to late arrival. I have to share, I am still very appalled at some of things the owner said to me (I'm also not the type of person to complain or raise my voice). He in no way wanted to accommodate or help us. The way he saw it was he already had our money and there was nothing we could do about it so he didn't need to act/speak politely. At one point even stating " we are going to keep every penny we get." Ultimately, I am not upset that we didn't get to ride the UTV's. What I am most upset about is how a business owner can be so arrogant and ill-mannered and cannot accommodate what should be the most important thing to a business, and that is us, the customer. To those looking to book UTV's, spend your money on a good hearted business. There are plenty out there. :) In response to Randall: I fully understand, so then policies need to be listed on your website regarding late arrivals to let your customers know this. If you are referring to us not being 30 minutes "early" for our 5pm scheduled tour time, you are right we were not early, we were 20 minutes late and arrived at 5:20pm. After how disrespectfully you spoke to me, I don't understand how any person would stay for your tour and that is why the 2 members of my group left. Please learn how to better accommodate your customers in these situations, at a very minimum be polite and a update your policies. Wishing you the very best, but people need to know this.

This was the absolute highlight of our family trip and a definite do not miss! The views were absolutely breathtaking. Our teenagers are still talking about how fun it was. James and Casidy were our guides and were absolutely beyond amazing so professional, kind, and thoughtful about our every move, and really cared. They made us feel right at home and would go back to them again and again. They know the area and terrain like it's their own backyard. We took the 8 AM, 3 hour tour; it was the perfect amount of time out and the temperature was really comfortable. Before we booked with UTV adventures, we thought we'd be able to rent machines and go up on our own, but after going with them I would never attempt that alone. The area is so vast with so many landscape changes and wouldn't be safe to do alone. Book today! Five stars read more

It was our 1st trip to this part of Utah and we decided to try ATV tour so my sons can get taste of this activity and see rock formations that you can't reach otherwise. Randell, the owner accompanied us on a separate vehicle and was very patient when instructing my son on how to drive the vehicle safely and have fun at the same time. We can't speak highly enough about our tour with guides Scott and Lindsay! They were kind enough to accommodate us on Christmas Day with less than 24-hour notice. My husband and I each got to drive one of the UTV's as we followed our guides through an exhilarating course that was challenging and exciting but never felt too dangerous. Our group spanned 3 generations, aged 4-70, and everyone absolutely loved every minute of it. They also had booster seats so our 4 and 6 year olds could see better. The views were absolutely amazing! Our group also agreed that it was one of the few tours you walk away from feeling like it was worth every penny. We're typically the "go it alone" type, but we're so happy we gave this tour a shot! read more

We booked a 3hr tour and it was perfect! The views were amazing! The tour guide took great care of us! Our favorite feature was the rugged radios. We could all talk to each other while in different machines, you can also hook up your phone and play your own music while on the tour as well. I can't speak highly enough for our experience with UTV adventure tours! Randall went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. My husband, being an experienced atv operator was hesitant to take a tour because he pictured a large group of inexperienced riders playing follow the leader through the dunes. We called this place looking for a rental not a tour. Randall helped us understand that without knowledge of the terrain a tour would be the best bet. It ended up just being us and tour guide Randall. The equipment was top of the line and in pristine condition. Since we started out in the morning they gave us beanies and goggles that were both freshly washed. The tour was AMAZING! We are so happy we ended up at UTV adventure tours and would happily bring our kiddos back to go riding again with Randall! read more

This tour/place/trip is an absolute hoot and an awesome time. We happened to stumble across it while digging around online for things to do in southern Utah, and I'm VERY grateful I came across this gem. We signed up for the two-hour tour and loved it so much we decided to buy another hour while we were out riding around. First, the sights you'll see are amazing. You won't see these areas on any tour bus or other guided tour, it needs to be off-road to reach some of these areas. Second, the folks running the tours are awesome. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, and a lot of fun. Absolutely first-rate dudes and their dog - Ziggy, who they will bring along - are an absolute trip. Third, the UTVs themselves are awesome pieces of equipment. I've been on a lot of four-wheelers in my life and these Arctic Cats absolutely blew them away. They seat four - so my wife, our two boys, and myself all rode in one vehicle and followed the guides. (Older folks who don't want to drive can ride with the guides if they want to go.) I remain really impressed with how well put together those Arctic Cats are, and the terrain they can handle... You may do some things with them that will really shock you. I will definitely keep this tour group in mind if we are ever in the area again. It was an awesome, AWESOME time! read more

We did the 4-hour sunset tour today. Our group of 4- including two teenagers- had a blast! Randall was our tour guide and was great- very personable and did a great time helping us be comfortable with the utv and with navigating through the dunes, rocks and other drivers. The wife and I went on a two hour tour with our two kids. We all had a blast. The two hour your included a variety of terrain. Some big areas of dunes, hill climbs, rock it was all there. The machine we had was like new and rode like a dream. Randall was good with our kids, making sure they had their helmets on properly and even gave them blankets to put over their legs. We stopped a couple times to look at cool rock formations and take in the beautiful scenery around us. We were very happy with our trip and recommend UTV Adventures to anyone looking for a fun way to see the area. read more

One word - AWESOME! UTV Adventures simply get it! Excellent, clean, and well maintained UTVs. Four of us, did a full day trip from UTV's shop in Washington, UT to a portion of the Grand Canyon - about thirty miles south of the North rim, riding 100 miles out and then back in a single day. The area we went to is only accessible by 4x4 off-road vehicles. Get ready for a ride of a lifetime, this is a "Bucket List" trip that you will remember and cherish. We arrived at UTV's shop around 830 in the morning to begin our day. Wow, all new UTVs! At least that was my first impression, in reality the UTV we rode was three years old and looked and rode like brand new. All of the UTVs very highly customized Artic Cat 4Xs with shoulder harnesses, front and rear windshields, modified clutch systems, multiple Go-pro mounts, stereo sound systems, etc. Yes, this is a ride that a novice can do, a fully guided tour. Randal, the owner, will talk you through some of more challenging areas. Stopping to advise when to switch to 4-wheel drive, high or low range, and cleaning the windshield or your goggles as needed. During the ride, Randal would stop and turn on/off our Go-Pro some we could capture the fantastic scenery. I could go on and on, from the safety briefings, to snacks, to ensuring protecting the pristine environment - nothing was overlooked. Words simply do not describe this trip. We will go back, for sure! Next on the list is riding the sand dunes at Sand Hollow with UTV Adventures, or we may even get brave and try the extreme rock climbing tour! A ten plus out of ten. read more

Absolute MUST do while here. Sore after a few days hike but still wanna get those breathtaking views? Look no further! The entire process at UTV Adventure Tours is top notch, and easy! Paperwork once on-site is concise and takes no more than 10 minutes. Our guides James and Casidy were awesome and took the best photos of our trip. I booked UTV Adventure Tours from their pamphlet at Zion Riverside Resort. Randall was really great and answered all my questions on the phone. He was SUPER helpful. We did the 3 hour tour and LOVED every minute of it. The views they took us too were just perfect and the best way to see the landscape of what this area has to offer! My daughters who are 6 and 8 loved the Flintstone house the most! Thanks to everyone for showing us an amazing time!!! read more

What a great place! We were in Utah for 1 day and decided to go ATVing! We called Randal and he offered to get us a tour guide within the hour! They really went above and beyond to accommodate us and we were not let down. James and Cassidy are the perfect duo. James was so encouraging and patient with us and Cassidy provided a fun bubbly personality. We freaked out right before the rock crawl and James got out of his ATV just to coach us through it. Our in-laws took us here while they were in town, and all of us finished our adventure with huge smile on our face. We got to see so much, such dynamic terrain, enough thrills without over-doing it (we brought our 7 and 10 year old and they loved it too). Our tour guide was awesome, helped us feel confident with his knowledge of the trails, and he even brought us snacks and water. Very fun! Took the whole family (wife and 4 kids and my mom). Good scenery and a variety of terrain (sand dunes, rocks etc). The UTVs are a lot of fun, there were two sections where we drove up a steep rock incline. When I first saw it I thought - there is no way we are going to make it up that. Then I followed our guide in the first UTV and made it just fine. We were visiting from Florida. Everyone in our group loved doing this. read more

We had a large group of 22 people, age 18 months to 60+ including two with special needs visiting St George for the week. Randall fit us all in two groups and we had a BLAST! We were able to buckle in car seats for those who needed them and there were plenty of goggles even for the little ones. We had a great time speeding through the dunes and seeing some beautiful territory we would have never seen otherwise. Highly recommend! We ventured up from Southern California and found this business, and couldn't be more happy that we did. They are easy to talk to, and they go out of their way to make sure you have what you need from helmets and goggles, to blankets and plenty of water. They take you through different terrain types, crawl rocks, and down to a reservoir. The desert and views are some of the most beautiful we have experienced as a family. The machines are new and ride incredibly smooth. If you can, don't miss out on a tour with these guys, they are awesome. read more

Randall did a great job preparing us for the UTV Adventure and showing us the abilities of his UTV on the Dunes. Safety was his number one concern, but it did not prevent Randall from allowing us to experience the speed and strength of the UTV. We had never experienced a ride in a UTV before, and wanted to take another when it was over. Now that I've experienced a "beginners'" ride in that awesome machine, I would sign up for the extreme tour next time. read more

My family and I just got back from a 4 hour guided UTV tour with Scott & it was amazing! He was informational, safe, friendly, and accommodating before, during, and after the tour. He made sure to give us fun facts about the areas where we stopped and also made sure we were prepared for the elements!! Great tour & great gentlemen running the show! read more

i did the 3 hours tour with my 2 kids we were quite lucky and were the only ones with the guide Aaron it was very fun to drive (a little intimidating for the first 15mn but as soon as you get used to it, it becomes quite easy to drive) Aaron did a very good job maintaining a pace that was at the same time fast enough to have fun and not to fast to remain enjoyable for the kids this is a great way to see some remote locations that you can't access by the road. the entire family agrees that it was the best part of our vacation so far Like all the other similar activities they make you sign 50 pages of waivers and disclaimers before starting. nothing unreasonable, you just need to take responsibility if you break down the UTV, all was very logical to me and we didn't get any problem read more

Everyone from booking to the office staff and especially my Guide Cassie. I had a great experience and would never go anywhere else. I was so hooked I came back 3 days in a row and they answered a TON of my questions along the way! You can see from my video (which Cassie took) how awesome and supportive she was. I really appreciated having a female guide too. I am sure the male guides are great, but being a solo female traveler it was fun to have a female guide. Cassie clearly enjoys this and it felt more like hanging with a safe and knowledgeable friend vs. just being another customer. The machines themselves are in perfect working order and were ready well ahead of my appointment time. They also offer rentals without a guide and a variety of tours. I tailored my tours to what I wanted to learn and see since I had never done it before but prefer rock crawling. The worst part about the whole thing was that I couldn't stay forever and keep exploring with Cassie. Their shop also had little bibs and bobs to buy if you want gloves or face wipes or whatever.

The team from start to finish are all amazing and kind people. The folks who book are knowledgeable, patient, and thankfully not some call center. The team at the event are equally kind, especially considering the massive amount of customers they are helping for three days straight. Only downside, we had several issues with the machines including needing to switch both out. Once again, the team was professional and kind during the whole process. They are brand new machines, it's just a tough hot environment with people beating the hell out of these rentals all day. My only critique at the event would be setting up a better system after you have checked in at the computer. You are sent into the trailer to get a helmet/goggles and sometimes someone is in there to help you and sometimes not. So, it already starts off a little confusing for beginners. Once you navigate out of the trailer, you go outside to total chaos. There is no desk/line or someone that stands out to ask for help to get your machine. You sort of just have to flag someone down which often times there's confusion. Perhaps consider setting up one more desk or kiosk when leaving the trailer and getting your machine assigned. Lastly, perhaps a big sign for the helmet return as this is a confusing when you get back. I almost put my dirty helmet back on the clean helmet shelves because there is no person out sign saying to put them on the black table out side. I appreciate you all and will certainly be calling and booking the next trip soon.

Negligent and Traumatizing - Do NOT Book!! What should have been an exciting and safe adventure turned into the most terrifying experience of my life, one that left my sister with a concussion, a facial injury that narrowly missed her eye, and weeks of recovery that disrupted her entire life. From the start, UTV Adventure Tours showed no regard for safety. Our vehicle began malfunctioning almost immediately--losing power repeatedly within the first hour. We suggested swapping cars with the guide or replacing it, but the company insisted we keep driving, assuring us it was "fine." It was not fine. Only after the third malfunction did the guide finally agree to replace the car at the next stop. Tragically, we never made it there. By the fourth malfunction, the vehicle slowed mid-turn and rolled over four times. This happened on a flat surface with no excessive acceleration by our driver. Blood was everywhere--so much that my sister's husband was covered in it as it dripped onto him. Her injury came within inches of blinding her. At the hospital, we learned she had a concussion, facial trauma, and escalating medical bills exceeding $6,800. Weeks of her research were disrupted, and the rest of us are left with the trauma of witnessing her in such a horrific state. *Just to be clear*: if you experience a potentially life-threatening accident, prepare to wait 20 minutes for help. The malfunctioning vehicle was positioned at the rear of the convoy (because, apparently, moving a broken vehicle closer for oversight is too crazy of an idea). The guide didn't notice we were missing for 10 minutes. After receiving no response on the walkie-talkie, they waited another 10 minutes before initiating a search. There was no emergency protocol. The only reason we got help was because other passengers, including doctors, stepped in to call for an ambulance and provide first aid. Adding to the negligence, when we booked this tour, we were promised two guides--one in the front and one in the back. We only got one guide, and they were at the front, completely unaware of what was happening behind them. Let's hope you can afford those 20 minutes in a life-or-death situation. Adding insult to injury, the company tried to charge us for the broken UTV, tacking on a 20% tip and threatening daily fines for damages caused by their negligence. They expressed zero concern for my sister's health or well-being. This company disregards safety and human life. Local hospital staff confirmed incidents like ours are common. They see so many UTV-related injuries, and worse--they see deaths. Just two weeks before our accident, a 15-year-old girl was thrown from a UTV and died. The same happened to a younger child, who was killed in another UTV accident. Knowing this, it's appalling that UTV Adventure Tours disregards basic safety measures. Avoid UTV Adventure Tours unless you are willing to risk severe injury, trauma, or even death. If that's you case, good luck on this rollercoaster from hell. read more

UTV Adventure Tours - Dangerous, Reckless, and All About the Money I was sitting next to the guide in the lead UTV of the tour, and it was clear from the start that safety wasn't a priority. The guide chain-vaped--literally once every minute the entire trip - and very jittery. One of the UTVs in our group broke down and stopped three times in the first hour. Finally, the guide called the office. Instead of replacing the braking vehicle, guide was told to keep the group moving. They even made the broken UTV drive at the back of the line, where no one could see or help if something went wrong. After that, after we arrived to the next stop, we waited and waited and waited. And fourth UTV never made it. Finally, we went back to look for it. We found that broke down again, locked up and rolled over. Four people in it were covered in blood. One of them, young woman sitting in the passenger seat, was hit very hard and had concussion. The guide had no idea what to do. Fortunately, our group had several doctors. They provided first aid and made the guide to called for ambulance, finally. This company did not care about our safety, just to make a quick buck. They ignored that machine was keep braking, and still made four customers to ride in it, which finally caused a serious injury. And their behavior afterward was shameful. Then they have audacity to demand their victims to pay them to repair that broken machine that they made customers to drive. Awful experience. Avoid UTV Adventure Tours at all costs! read more

Terrible Experience - Dangerous and Unprofessional Our experience with UTV Adventure Tours was horrifying. Initially, they were completely unresponsive when we tried to book. Eventually, we decided to proceed after hearing from friends who had been on a ride. Unfortunately, their experience was even worse. One of our friends had a vehicle malfunction during the tour. Despite repeatedly informing the guide, nothing was done to address the issue. This negligence led to the vehicle flipping, causing serious injuries. My friend suffered a concussion and a severe facial cut requiring multiple stitches, leaving a permanent scar. Other participants sustained bruises and injuries as well. To make matters worse, the company attempted to charge two of my friends' cards without authorization and mandated a 20% tip, which is completely unacceptable given the circumstances. This place is not only unsafe but also unprofessional. Avoid it at all costs if you value your safety and dignity. read more

Everything I was hoping for. An amazing outdoor experience in the sand and desert. Your guide was an awesome help and willing to adjust the pace (we wanted to go faster). The team explained everything ahead of time before we went and made sure we knew everything we needed to. The ride was outstanding, the views were breathtaking and the experience was absolutely exhilarating. I'm an adrenaline junkie and have been riding dirt bikes and motorcycles my entire life. This was a little different but absolutely worth it! If you're gonna go on a UTV tour absolutely go with the UTV Adventure Tours team, it was definitely my best day so far! read more

My friends and I scored a last minute UTV Adventure tour today with James and Casidy. They were so amazing from the start. We felt safe and supported but also encouraged to have an amazing time. We were definitely able to let our wild sides out. The communication cation through the head sets was clear and pretty fun too! nothing but positive vibes from James and Casidy the entire time. We rode along with Randall on the extreme 3 hour adventure tour with AC/DC steamed into our headphones. That set the tune for the whole ride. It was wide open crazy fun through some of the most beautiful red dunes and rock formations. We stopped to enjoy the views and learn about the area and climb on the rock formations and then he made sure we were buckled safely back in, cranked up the music and headed off for more fun. Amazing Adventure! We did the 3 hour tour with Randall leading the way, and it was totally awesome! Our 2 teens loved the whole ride, tour and beauty, so much so that they want to move to this amazing place! Randall was super, and knowledgeable about the area.
