Everyone from booking to the office staff and especially my Guide Cassie. I had a great experience and would never go anywhere else. I really appreciated having a female guide too. I am sure the male guides are great, but being a solo female traveler it was fun to have a female guide. Cassie clearly enjoys this and it felt more like hanging with a safe and knowledgeable friend vs. just being another customer. The machines themselves are in perfect working order and were ready well ahead of my appointment time. They also offer rentals without a guide and a variety of tours. There is a reason that Invert Sports has many negative online ratings that claim poor business practices. In my case, I paid for their insurance with the $5,500 deductible and refused to pay Invert Sports until I had an adjuster review the UTV for a damage estimate. Jason at Invert Sports refused to allow a third-party adjuster inspect the UTV's claimed damage, invoiced me $33,252 and sued in small claims court. The court awarded Invert Sports the $5,500 deductible on this UTV plus a portion of their claimed expenses that amount to ~$10,900. The court did not award them what they claimed, which was $33,252. Invert Sports has a long history of high estimations of damage and parts more than any price of a part you can find online, leveraging a horrible contract to add exorbitant fees (check out the invoice) and bullying their customers for light damage with lawsuits.
