The pricing is CRAZY. they tried to quote me almost $13,000 for a boat and one jet ski! Who on earth thinks they'll actually rent anything with those kind of prices lmao. But after reading responses sounds like they scammers anyway! They're also rude. I'll attach a picture of our text thread. Also I did check the prices online but I was assuming someone messed up bc those prices are outrageous.

Shows the rip in the bimini top.

NOT SATISFIED and DISAPPOINTING. My family and I rented a wakeboard boat for 3 days this past summer. The ease of someone bringing a boat to you was great, the boat was awesome and we had a fun time. HOWEVER, after spending almost $9,000 dollars (which was a little pricey anyways for 3 days for a 20' boat). They charged us a petty $397 a couple weeks after because the bimini top ripped in one corner. How is that our fault? I understand if we scratch the boat or damage the prop, but the bimini top ripping while doing 20-30mph? That to me is normal wear and tear and in no way did we cause the bimini top to rip. We tried to get the $397 back but they only could offer a $500 credit towards a future boat rental. Not sure if they're worth the risk, what will they charge us for next time? Good luck,

$3000 for a jet ski rental? Hahaha, these people are insane! What a horrible encounter with their customer service.

Rented jet skis from here and had a blast. I reserved my high powered Jet ski online before hand…read moreto make sure it was available. I was a bit worried about flooding the engine which came with a $500 fee that i had read about in other reviews. Because of this i kinda took it easy and didn't do any crazy high speed turns to avoid flipping which floods the engine. I also read a few things on the internet about how to avoid flooding the engine. The big one was if it dies and someone tows you in make sure they go slower than 5 MPH, because dragging it thru the water at higher speeds pulls water into the engine and floods it. It was my first time on a jet ski, they excellerate very quickly like a motorcycle. It took me a little while to get used to the speed, but eventually got it to full throttle, i just dialed it down when it got choppy. The staff was helpful and friendly. The jet skis all seemed pretty new and we had no problems with them. They say each jet ski can hold 3 people but they suggest only 2 per as it increases the chances of flooding the engine. Also if you fall off, be careful when getting back on, thats how you can easily flip the jet ski and flood it. There was also a swimmers itch warning, which is a harmless parasite that leaves a rash on your skin. Although it was the season for it and warning signs, no one encountered any of this. We all had a blast, some tips; bring sunscreen or wear long sleeves to protect you from the sun, if you have sunglasses make sure you have a lanyard that keeps them around your neck in case they come off. There was also a $20 fee at the entrance to the park for non Utah residence, which we did not anticipate. Over all a fun and exciting experience.

Despite a few things, we had a great day on the water with one of their jetski rentals. That being…read moresaid, the experience wasn't as good as the Mad Moose rentals on Quail Creek. Because this is the only option on-site, you just have to accept the price. But I would say the main negative was that the rental itself was pretty beaten up. The kill switch clip was broken, and the steering was great. At least the kids running the place were chill about the issues and didn't try and blame us. Not all rental places are like that. Some places basically look for any reason to charge you damages regardless if you were responsible or not. - More expensive - Charged for gas - Relatively hassle free renting/returning.

Behind the counter we met Amanda who was incredibly kind and informative. Right away she helped us fill our tanks. I got to meet her son, who was incredibly adorable and who's spirit made our visit absolutely delightful. Thank you, Amanda for the help and hospitality. We look so forward to our dive tomorrow!

I figured it needed a new o-ring (2 of our other tanks did), so I took off my regulator to switch the o-rings out and noticed muddy junk all over the filter of my first stage (note the photos show all the junk in there after the scuba shop owner wiped the worst of the debris off with her finger). It was also all over the nozzle of the tank. I nearly ruined my dive. I was lucky a friend brought an extra tank I was able to borrow and my son sat the dive out so I used his regulator instead. When speaking to the shop owner about it, she refused to do anything about it. Now I have to pay someone another $150 to service it. She didn't even refund us the cost of the tank. I was beyond disappointed in her callousness and lack of responsibility. Also, the tank has no markings indicating inspections have been performed according to standards. I can only believe this shop is negligent. Our group had multiple complaints about the air tasting off or junk clinking around in the tanks. I would not trust this shop to treat you well as a customer, but most definitely, not with your life saving equipment. Bring your own tanks and gear!!
