I walked in for the first time for my dog's appointment and all they needed to do was roll out the red carpet because the welcoming treatment here was on another level. I walked in, there weren't any people in the reception area and instantly one of the vet techs knew exactly who I had with me and was ready to show me to one of the exam rooms. I was like, is my dog secretly famous!??? Pup got a little puparazzi moment **eeeeeeeek**. Yes, here at PatterPaws they take their lil profile pic! Dr Proto was so down to earth and both him and the vet tech made my dog feel at ease. All dogs shake and get nervous when going to the vet (I feel like us humans do the same IRL with doctors we just shake inside HA!) but they totally made him be less stressed out than he should be. Also, they weren't scared to approach him (a little 7lb guy) they just confidently went in with calm and I've never seen my dog this chill at the vet before, almost zero yapping. Ok fine, maybe at the end he barked at another dog haha but he did pretty great! He got his **seamless** rabies shot and didn't even feel it or let out a little yelp like he usually does. Again, amazing Dr and vet tech. Pretty awesome tip: Dr Proto's wife, Dr Will, does a mix of western and eastern medicine and provides acupuncture to dogs, cats and horses. You can really tell the energy of this place by the workers and how they're happy to be there with the animal and to really take care of yours, no matter the size. Ok also, can we talk about the cookie bar (for doggies) with the different sizes of treats? OBSESSED. Thanks PatterPaws for your kindness, attention to detail, and wonderful staff! You've already made us feel at home :)

I picked up a dog bone looked at the price and put it right back. Finally someone starting talking to us... She was nice and we told her nicely we would come back and pick up a bone (something you always say but don't necessarily do). So the next day my girlfriend says the same lady from the salon stopped by accusing us of stealing from her shop!! Could not believe it! Well I went back the next day she was open and she would not apologize even though she said it was her fault and she was wrong!! Here is the video from it. I was unable to get an appointment with our regular vet so we took him to P.A.C to have the procedure done. The doctor and staff were wonderful. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye and were incredibly sympathetic to our loss (the assistant in the room sed tears along with us). A few days after receiving our dogs ashes we received a hand written sympathy card from the staff in the room. A truly incredible experience! Needless to say, we have a new vet.

First off, it's impossible to find someone to groom a cat in this area. We had a situation and desperately needed help with our long-haired Siberian. Unlike every other groomer we contacted, Furever Friends Family couldn't have been kinder, more generous, or more accommodating. They squeezed us in for a same-day appointment without hesitating. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely love animals. They took the time to understand my cats needs, her personality, and ensured a tailored grooming experience. My usually anxious feline felt at ease almost immediately (and seemed to like them more than me!) The grooming itself was top-notch. My cat came out looking like a show-stopper. Additionally, the space is spotless. You can tell cleanliness is a top priority! I can't recommend Furever Friends Family enough.
