When I arrived for my appointment, the staff was friendly and offered me coffee. Alejandra was very welcoming, friendly, and listened to my requests. She gave me a balayage on my natural undyed hair and the results were amazing! She was very thorough and attentive to all of my questions throughout the process. They do my hair pretty good, I will give them that, but depending on who does it, they try to charge more. One week I paid $45 and the other they wanted to charge me $60. This keeps happening.
