I was concerned it would leave a permanent scar but thankfully it did not. For the Hollywood wax, my hair grew back so quickly, as if it wasn't pulled deep enough. I am a frequent waxer so I knew this was not normal. I cannot speak on any of the other services but this was truly awful. I will not be coming back and I hope more students are aware that just because the price is more affordable, doesn't mean it's worth it. If anything, I hope their beautician gets better training.

My Monday treat was a back massage, and the only suitable word to describe it really is "WOW". I've not had one for, well, so long that I can't actually remember when it was, and so I really needed it. Now, over the years, I've had massages so painful that I've spent my entire time in a tense state, begging for it to end and suppressing screams whilst chanting "wimp" in my head. I've also had massages that feel like someone is ticking you with a feather, and a rather limp one, at that, the sort that feels like a total waste of money. Personally, I prefer the middle ground, where I can feel it doing something without submitting me to immense pain. Thankfully, this was exactly what I got; a great, firm and highly professional massage, working on my tense areas and using an oil that was still tingling and working into my muscles deliciously an hour later. I occasionally have other treatments but as far as the regular wax goes, the time goes so quickly and pleasantly as Jay keeps me talking throughout. She remembers everything I talked about during my last treatment and asks how I'm getting on with all my projects. After I complained I was told to call back to speak to the manager so I did. She just screamed no no no and hung up. SHELLAC SHOULD NOT CHIP CHEAP PRODUCTS TO MATCH THE SERVICE. I will NEVER use them again OR recommend them to anybody.
