A few months ago I was in town and wanted to remember the moment with a tattoo. I was greated by a tattooer and shop girl who were pleasant and nice to talk to. The shop minimum was the highest I've seen but I liked who was going to do it, so I agreed. Before I left, I was assured I could return for a touchup when I was back in the area. Well today I returned and politely said I had work done here before & it needed a touchup. Though the guy I spoke with was kind, there was a woman whom I never saw before who was unnecessarily rude. She interjected saying well I'm the only woman here & we have a 90 day policy for touchups. I explained this is news to me as I've never been told that from there or any other shops. She goes on to puff her cigarette at a workstation and say well we tell everyone. I again stated I was not and left the shop with a tattoo they did that needs a touch up and vow to make sure those who come by here to just stay away & go somewhere else. This is just the first of the many calls I've made with a complaint. Winchester doesn't need this garbage wasting our space & taking our money for shitty work.

While the staff was very apologetic and did give us a gift certificate for the correct earrings to replace within 6 weeks, it still did not make up for how traumatic the experience was for my daughter. I really feel the staff should have confirmed with us one last time which earrings were being used before piercing her ears. Now my daughter is stuck wearing earrings she does not even like, and I honestly do not know how I am going to convince her to come back in 6 weeks after such a bad experience. I couldn't have been more pleased with the shop, my experience and Charli. Upon entering, Jess greeted me and made me feel welcome. After waiting a few minutes, Charli came out to say hello, talk about my tattoo and gave me her opinion of what to do. She drew the stencil, placed it where we discussed and did her thing. She talked to me about cleaning it, how long it would take to heal, and what do to if I notice a bump or if it gets infected.
