I only had about an inch cut off and wanted it cut straight across and I had to go elsewhere the next day to have my cut fixed! Abby is very professional and took her time with my highlights and root melt. My hair looks very nice. The salon has no heat and has portable units inside. The cooler temperature caused the bleach to lift slower which put Abby behind schedule. Of course this was outside of her control and she handled it beautifully. read more

Apparently, nobody else was available to cut hair that afternoon to keep our scheduled time. We opted to keep her homecoming dinner date appointment instead, ended up cancelling. Tori was very sweet but very slow..cut was choppy and missing chunks out of my hair... I'm trying to grow my hair out and she cut my bangs literally an inch from my scalp when my bangs were supposed to be below my lips..she did part of my red highlights with wet hair...my highlights that were supposed to be caramel turned out yellow with different pigments... I was supposed to have a layer of bright red highlights and they turned out peach pink orange and not red... I tried to complain about the services and I got backlash from about four people in the place...Bono, the guy in there was laughing at me and kept telling me my hair will grow out and all I have to do is apply more color... The lady next to Tori came over with her scissors and started chopping at my hair while I was crying. Another lady ( I don't know if she was a manager, she has a huge bit with glasses ) she got completely ignorant with me because I was complaining and said there's nothing she could do because it was at end of shift, the whole time I was in the chair next to Tori she did nothing but complain about her clients, telling me how crazy they were and full of crap and how everybody at the hair salon sucked... I told her to call the manager of the place Jenny and Jenny said I would still have to pay for services no matter what even though they messed up my hair completely. I was so upset. I was cussing and I never cuss. I literally had Covid and bouts of sickness since 2019 and this was a very first time I've ever went to the salon since then. I even complained about my highlights because they were literally an inch from my scalp and when I've had foils before it went straight to my scalp I did not get balayage services. So because I complained there's four stylist and the manager against me when it's not my fault that they messed up. My husband tried to call Jenny to try to get a refund so I can take that money and go elsewhere to get my hair fixed and she refuses to give me my money back refuses to talk to my husband and tells me that she has to fix my hair herself. Why in the world would I go back to a place that has completely jacked up my hair and nobody has apologized and nobody will take responsibility for what happened...??? It's like as long as I shut up and I don't complain everything is all good. I will not behold bewitchery or manipulation... If we have to we will go above Jenny's head and everybody at that place. I'm so horrified and so upset what they did I've never in my life had these types of services, I refuse to go in public because how horrible my hair is...I literally look like an old lady, I completely could not go out in public after my birthday and appointment... I've been getting my hair done since I'm 14 and I'm now 42 and I know protocol and I know how things are done. I'm not boo boo the fool. This is not my first rodeo. I have never been to a studio or salon that has been so unprofessional in my whole entire life. Yes there's always shop talk but the conversations that I heard in the shop was perverted disgusting filthy Ludacris and everybody gossiped about everybody. She consulted me about what I wanted to get done, made great suggestions that I ended up going with and was super friendly throughout the whole process. I called frantic and bawling my eyes out after an awful cut. They went above and beyond and got me in there in 35 minutes. I was still hysterical at this point...then I met Katt. She took my to her chair and actually listened to me. I told her the entire story and showed her pictures of what I wanted. (a shag with curtain bangs) She confidently took me to wash my hair and do my eyebrows while she talked and joked with me. I had stop crying by that point. She gave me the most incredible cut, even though I lost a lot length I'm in love. she gave me tips on how to blow dry my hair with my style and tons more! Stay away. Bad pricing, did not get a good cut at all. I got a newbie that seemingly had been trained very little, as she was extremely timid. I am not exaggerating, her hands were practically shaking, overly delicate taking off like an 1/8 inch at a time, no talking, it was super awkward. I left with the intention of going somewhere else to fix it same day, as I did not feel like getting nasty and picky on this poor girl. Worst part: they charged me $19-something for a cut and shampoo-- I didn't get shampooed. Do not go here!!! Last time I went, I asked for a few layers and a woman by the name of Sam proceeded to cut off 2 inches of perfectly healthy hair that wasn't what I ask for. Tonight I went to get my nephews hair cut and I asked for long on the top and short on the sides and Sam (again) proceeded to cut off most of the hair on the top of his head and then gave him straight across bangs instead of a point cut like I asked. She also clipped his eye and then didn't say A THING. He had a little cut above his eyelid. I would not recommend but if for any reason you have to go there, do not have Sam cut it. She doesn't listen to the request of the customer and then when she realizes she's gone too far, she freaks out and tries to make it better and only ends up making it worse read more

I brought my 1 year old son in and asked for a trim. The stylist took scissors and cut a straight line across his forehead from ear to ear and was done. She cut it way too short! I had to ask her to trim around his ears and the back of his head. It took her 10 minutes and It looks awful. Still charged me $14. Honestly, people probably think I did it myself. I should have done it myself, I actually care about my son and wouldn't have butchered it the way she did. We will never go back there. I'm hoping it grows out quickly!! read more
