They do have different sizes of baskets and different themes, however, most of their themes are food related. They do deliver in a reasonable time frame. Not only are the prices high compared to other shops we later found, but if you aren't paying close attention your total could be an exorbitant amount above the actual marked prices. Unfortunately we were distracted, so although we found it odd that the store clerk was removing price tags as he rang them up, the total of our purchases seemed extremely high for what we bought, and they don't provide an itemized receipt - we didn't question it right away. Yes, I know - all red flags but in our defense the assoc was good at deflection & we were also in a hurry so it didn't hit us until too late. When I calculated what the total should have been versus what I paid, I was disgusted & frankly embarrassed for falling for such a scam. Hope I can help others from making the same mistake.

While there is a nice variety of items available and many at decent prices (some are not, so choose carefully), I was disappointed in the staff as they were more focused on stocking items than interacting with customers, and sometimes seemed bothered by our physical presence. That being said we did get most of the items that were on our list at a good price and without a lot of hassle.

The order form did state my birthday correctly. There was a knock at my door mid-morning a few days before my birthday. I didn't get to the door in time, but when I opened it, a flower arrangement was on my doorstep, with a birthday message for me from my wonderful son. The problem was...it wasn't my birthday. It was several days before my birthday. It was very awkward and disappointing for my son who had tried so hard to make this an amazingly special occasion - he spent money and time and effort researching florists, deciding on the arrangement and placing the order. It was a big deal to him and he dreamed of how special it would be for me. But it wasn't special - it was really awkward and disappointing. When I contacted Posy a few days later, they said I was mistaken and the flowers were delivered on my birthday. I reiterated again that no, I was quite certain that they arrived BEFORE the planned delivery date of my birthday. They said I was wrong. I would never EVER shop here again. They messed up the deliver date, broke my son's heart, put me in a very awkward position with my son, and called me a liar...twice. I wasn't even asking for compensation - I just contacted them to let them know and find out what happened. I'm so amazed and appalled at this horrible customer experience that I feel compelled to write this review.
