Sadly, for me, this shop did not live up to its lofty name. On the recommendation of a friend, I…read morewent in to Utopia to have them create a numerology chart for me. The first person who helped me, though friendly, knew very little about how to generate the numerology information. He spelled my name incorrectly and failed to include necessary details. Later that evening as I reviewed the printout that I had received in the shop, I realized it was inaccurate due to the misspelling and omissions. I emailed the store to ask about having the charts redone however I never received a reply. Next I returned to the store where a different employee assured me that she would do the chart correctly for me however was to to busy to do it right away. So I agreed that she could email me the results and/or print the corrected charts and mail them to me. Again, no response from Utopia. No email, no hard copy, nothing. So, I am out twenty dollars and I still don't have my numerology chart. For me, Utopia it was not.

This is a fully outfitted gift shop with lots of little souvenirs, clothing, and candy…read more The service here was incredible. There were several people helping us find things and telling us about what things were in the different sections of the store. One extra helpful lady helped clarify shirt sizing before we made a mistake (women's cut vs unisex)! I wish they had more stuff exclusively made in Canada, and I wish they had a larger selection of maple candy brands (specifically more with just maple instead of dubious "flavoring"). The value seemed on par with what I would expect from a gift shop downtown. Nothing felt too too overpriced.
