They insisted I had been given an Agnes treatment during this current treatment & then switched to my previous visit. That is completely false. This service was only discussed and recommended to me during my most recent appointment--and I clearly declined it because I want to wait and see my results first. Instead of correcting their error, I was told it was a "miscommunication" and that they would zero out the facial and exosomes I currently have on my account to cover a charge for a service I did not receive. Taking away services I already paid for to cover their mistake is unacceptable. This feels dishonest and extremely unprofessional. If you go here, protect yourself--ask for itemized invoices, confirm every service before receiving it, and keep your own records. I will not be returning.

The receptionist repeated that I was there for a "repeat," but their definition seemed to go beyond what a customer would reasonably expect. In the past, they also took photos before starting, but this time there was no consultation or photos--just being placed in a room to wait. Overall, the experience felt rushed and lacked the communication and attention to detail I had previously received.

They just grabbed the blow dryer and went to town. I don't use heat! Walked in with lucious curls, walked out with a puff ball. No warning, no discussion, round brush chaos was my fate. Overall? I felt relaxed until that blow dryer came out. Then I was just overwhelmed with a side of big fluff. They were extremely sweet though! Might come back.
