Shannon at the front desk was unprofessional, Bailey refused to cancel my membership, and now I must comment on the lackluster performance of their staff as a whole. I am being told to reach out to the Chief Operations Officer in order to cancel my membership--to cancel a membership! Otherwise I am on the hook for over $500 of services I will never use. I'm used to compromises, guests being accommodated, and moving forward in positive directions. Clearly, my standards are too high and this YMCA will never reach them.
