You can also bring in a guest free daily and have access to the massage chairs, hydro massage, and tanning. They also have 50% off on selected drinks such as energy drinks and electrolytes. To obtain a membership, it is easy to sign up online on their website and download the Planet Fitness app. With the app, you have access to check in with your smartphone and track your workouts. Inside the gym, they have lockers available with men and women's restrooms with showers and soap provided. There is a lot of cardio equipment here as well as free weights and workout machines. They also have a 30-minute full body workout center here as well with instructions to perform the task. Overall, this location is brand new with new equipment. Shannon at the front desk was unprofessional, Bailey refused to cancel my membership, and now I must comment on the lackluster performance of their staff as a whole. I have higher expectations from the YMCA, but now I know they will never meet the needs of my family. I am being told to reach out to the Chief Operations Officer in order to cancel my membership--to cancel a membership! Otherwise I am on the hook for over $500 of services I will never use. I'm used to compromises, guests being accommodated, and moving forward in positive directions. Clearly, my standards are too high and this YMCA will never reach them. Stay away and go somewhere else!
