    Brought truck in on a Wednesday. Waited one full week for it to be done. They didn't even look at…read moreit till second day, and got there first day before they even opened. Waited till Saturday to order the part they needed. Closed Sunday. Monday holiday. On top of that they got some tall guy in the garage that thinks he's the lot security and just walks around telling ppl what they can't do. How bout some sense of urgency and manors. Told the company never send another rig here.

    Brought my truck in for a leaking windshield and an underperforming AC. The leak was not fixed…read moreafter two attempts, so my company gave up on them and decided to fix it in-house. Had it not rained when I first picked up the truck I would not have known the problem was not fixed. After the first attempt to fix the air conditioning they brought the tech out to convince me it was fixed because it was "blowing cold." I asked him what temperature he measured coming out of the vents. He told me he did not measure the output. I then asked him what temperature should be measured coming out of the vents. He told me he did not know. These people were sticking their hand up in front of the vent and saying "Yep, it's cold." This debacle finished with them telling someone at my company that it was normal for a Kenworth truck to blow air at 65° in recirculate mode with an outside temperature of 85°. When I got back to the terminal we checked several Kenworth trucks and their output was 38° to 40° with an 86° outside temp. These people are hacks who do not know or care what they are doing and if it is up to me, between the incompetence at this Kenworth shop and the one in Van Buren AR, I hope I never drive another Kenworth...
