They waited so that I could get charged a late fee and now they won't let me cancel my membership. Terrible place to call a "family center". Even Planet Fitness is better than here Edit: a lady i reached out to came back to me by email. She said an email was sent to me the same day the payment was declined but that was false. I check my emails periodically throughout the day and nothing was sent, not even in my junk folder. She went on to discuss the policy and waiver that was signed but i think that was a cover up for their problems with communication. Not to mention the people at the front desk don't know anything.
