If I could give this place 10 stars I would give it it 11! We started our 2 week roadtrip out of…read moreorange county early morning and by 8 am it was starting to heat up as we got closer to Vegas and whats a road trip without a little bump in the road? By this time it was my husbands turn to be passenger princess (his idea, not mine :/). So I hopped in the drivers seat ready to take on the big rigs and not long after I felt like I was having heat stroke. Beads of sweat started forming and no air was flowing. Mama was either having a perimenopausal hot flash or it was just that hot in the car. It couldve been a combination of both either way Mama was not happy. Dad was passed out in the back at which point I asked my daughter to yelp RV repair in Cedar City which was about 1.5 hours out. I was taking matters into my own hands, there was no way I was going without AC. My daughter found a couple RV places open but just our luck there was a Utah holiday and most RV Repairs were closed. And actually technically Solitude was also closed which is why they get my 5 (11) star review. Aaron the owner called me back after I sent some messages via Yelp. He let me know that most technicians were off but he asked me the problem. He began to basically speak mechanicese car language to me to which I couldn't understand. I had to politely ask him to hang on while my husband got on the phone(his nap didnt last long since it was hotter than you know where)Aaron started chatting with my husband about the possible issue and gave him so much helpful info. Once my husband got off the phone we looked up the nearest autozone and started heading there. Thats when Aaron called me back! He said he looked up our model of RV and told us exactly how to fix, if his diagnosis was correct. I mean who does that?? Is it just a Utah thing? Just nice people being helpful for the sake of helping another human out. Aaron if you read this you're the man! So after grabbing Swig (what IS it with Utah and drinks?) we headed to autozone and my handyman of a huz was able to fix it with the help of Aaron the owner. So honestly my review is not based on the repair they performed but on character of the man behind the business. These days its good to know there are still nice people in the world making it go around. Aaron you should change the name of your RV repair shop to Aaron The Angel RV Repair. You were truly a God send. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to help this sweaty family cool off! God bless you!

Less than an hour later, I drove away with a truck that felt stronger than ever. From the moment I arrived, he was confident, methodical, and knew exactly what he was doing. He kept me informed every step of the way, honored the price he quoted, and treated me with respect. He even went above and beyond by helping me repair an unrelated accessory issue on my truck that wasn't part of the original job. That's the kind of service you don't forget. Peyton is a skilled technician, an honest businessman, and someone who genuinely stands behind his work. Whether you have a Duramax, another diesel, or just need quality automotive repair, I recommend him without hesitation.

My good fortune continued when my real estate agent, Brad Lewis of Stratum Realty, respected my very vocal opposition to using any type of Big Box store Like Home Depot and suggested that I might look into Southwest Appliance for my washer, dryer and refrigerator purchase and installation. The Southwest Appliance office manager, Holly, was very professional, knowegable and efficient in showing me what my options were to complete my kitchen appliances. I'm a firm and staunch supporter of Speed Queen based upon consumer test and reviews. Fortunately, Southwest Appliance carries Speed Queen laundry appliances. Holly graciously guided me between the different options and performance of the different Speed Queen laundry sets and I made what I believe to be is a very wise choice based upon her skilled recommendations. The purchase point was reasonable for the high quality and value that I was receiving on my investment. The kicker? The delivery and installation went off without a hitch. The installation technicians gave me the proper instruction on how to operate and maintain my brand new appliances. I believe that Not only was the price point competitive with any other businesses out there, especially Home Depot or Lowe's, it's the follow up service from Southwest Appliance that makes them the right choice for any Appliance Investments that you make. Holly, Cameron and Tyler made this process fast , efficient and cost-effective for me and I'm very grateful. They deserve a 10 star rating!
