As gym business owners, ourselves, we take pride in our customer service. "Everyone is your only customer ". We finally found RXFit and felt welcomed, right away. They wanted our business. Needless to say....we were welcomed with open arms when we showed up for the class. They were very friendly, interactive and all around amazing! I was standing with a few other women sort of waiting for someone to come out so we could enter I got the swimming pool area. I felt like I didn't want to waste time so I decided to go find an employee. When I did I got the attention of some guy who listened to my story about how the scanner wasn't working. And that I knew it wasn't a a card or membership problem. It was the scanner, I watched other girls try to get in as well. No one could. This guy made me scan my membership so he could check that I pay for this. It worked and then asked what the problem is and I explained the entire situation and then he said oh that sounds like a problem you need help and you can go ask that girl to help you. I was shocked and a little mad. He took no responsibility to help me or even explain to the next employee what needed to happen. I got the female employee to help me but I was so mad with this the male. It was not good. He wasted like 15 mins of my time. In total of explaining and waiting for the door to be open I think it wasted 25 mins of my night. I was not okay with this.

I had a great experience at the Springville EoS Fitness location…read more After a frustrating experience at another location (Orem), I called Springville to ask about signing up through Fitness Pass, a program provided by my work. The staff immediately knew what I was talking about and gave me clear, accurate information. They explained everything in a straightforward way and made the process easy to understand. I decided to go in person, and it was just as smooth. I got a quick tour, had all my questions answered, and was able to sign up in about 20 minutes with no issues or confusion from a great employee, Jagger. Jagger was friendly, professional, and efficient. Even though this location is a bit farther for me, it was absolutely worth it for how easy and stress-free the experience was.

No notifications when equipment or amenities are shut down is just unprofessional and impolite. A simple email to all members notifying them that the sauna is under maintenance or repair takes 10 minutes of a manager's time to send that out. I specifically go to the gym some days for just sauna; and when that is shut down without any notification, it's highly frustrating and it does not make me want to be a loyal member of this gym. I will be happy to adjust my review once the sauna is fixed and once notifications are properly given out to the members about amenities being closed. It seems like EOS is really good at getting members and hyping up their gyms to then let them slip into poor management. It's as if their business model is to sell sell sell sell, and then hopefully members forget to cancel their membership so they can collect payment without people actually using their services. They also make it very hard to cancel membership and they outsource their customer service to India, which is also not very ethical, nor is it the right thing to do when our own economies are suffering here in the United States.
