I had a special request for my earrings and I prepaid to have two welds done per earring. He took the earrings with him and I have never seen them again. I have contacted the company by phone and email at least a dozen times and absolutely no response has been made. They have stolen my earrings that I pre-paid for and I'm very upset. Also, a piece of turquoise immediately fell out of one of my bracelets. I would not recommend this company.

Kotah and his wife are wonderful people with beautiful items and I love supporting their business. I recommend them to all of my family and friends and I want to recommend them to you too. Every piece I have is special to me and I can tell it's made with love. Real stones with sterling silver, beautifully and skillfully made, local and at a fair price. The entire interior is decorated with stunning crystal displays, metaphysical items, and plants that are all for sale. The offerings range through the entire alphabet A-Z in crystals, rocks, and gems. There are large display pieces all the way down to mini figurines, towers, bowls, dishes, and much more. Meadow, who owns the shop is frequently there to help guests and customers. She is a jeweler herself and makes the most beautifully wrapped necklaces, rings, and gem bracelets. We went to this store in American Fork specifically she said the ones closer to her didn't carry anything in her size. I wasn't planning to buy myself anything, but everything was so cute, and the prices were so good that I couldn't help myself! Shelle was beyond generous with her time, and was remarkably helpful and patient. We both ended up buying a bunch of stuff and we are already looking forward to coming back next year. This is going to be a pilgrimage destination from now on. Shelle was the most attentive and kind salesperson I have ever met. She had a really positive attitude about our request and even came up with a digital rendering for us, so we could feel confident in their ability to proceed with the request. We met Angela in person and she was so friendly and thorough in assisting us through the design process, including everything down to the most minor of details. Jim, the jeweler, did a fabulous job of creating the ring and they were able to accommodate a request in post-production that made the ring absolutely perfect.
