I did yelp projects and just started to reach out to everyone. Immaculate Used Cars replied so…read morequickly. A couple of places were replying as well, but these guys seemed to respond better. They are very honest and I didnt feel like I was going to get scammed. I was a little nervous walking up to a used car dealership. But everything went great. I even threw the invoice into chatgpt to make sure the pricing was well. The other amazing thing was, I bought front break pads from the Mercedes dealership and I asked them if they could use those and change them since I couldnt return it back. They said yes! This is unheard of. Most service companies make money off of parts. But these guys were great. The dealership was clean and everyone was nice. I do most of the work myself because I want to avoid people scamming me. I have already told 4 people about this and plan on posting about it on instagram to let everyone know. Companies need to know if you dont scam people and work with them they will get more business. But companies are trying to get as much from customoers. Thank you KC you were the best! I will reach out for sure. Thank you for communicating so well and being available and very responsive. Work done: Replaced rear brake pads (new pads provided by the shop) Replaced rear brake rotors (new rotors provided by the shop) Installed a rear brake pad wear sensor Installed front brake pads that YOU already bought Rotate & balance tires Free multi-point inspection

5 Stars - Truly Immaculate Service!…read more I had an amazing experience with Immaculate Used Cars and couldn't be happier with the service! I brought my car in for some needed work, and not only did they get everything done quickly, but they were completely upfront about the costs from the very beginning. No surprises, no upselling--just honest, straightforward service. The pricing was more than fair, and they walked me through exactly what needed to be done and why. It's rare these days to find a shop that combines skill, transparency, and genuine customer care, but these guys nailed it. My car runs better than it has in years, and I left feeling confident and taken care of. If you're looking for a place that values honesty, quality, and reasonable service costs, Immaculate Used Cars is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommended!

My brother Silvain bought a 2015 Subaru WRX from Pablo Autos on 7643 S State Street in Midvale,…read moreUtah, and this place is a complete scam. The salesman Isaac told us the car only had one "minor accident" and was in good condition. Total lie. When the title came in, it clearly said TOTAL LOSS. That means this car had been written off completely, but they sold it to us like it was clean. When we went back to confront them, Isaac suddenly acted like it wasn't his problem and shoved us off to his boss, Matt. And guess what? Matt tried to play the same game, pretending like they gave us "all the information." No, they didn't. They flat-out lied, took our money, and then tried to make us look like we were clueless. This dealership is full of liars and manipulators who don't care about people -- they just want to dump their garbage cars on anyone they can trick. They smile to your face, but the second you find out the truth, they wash their hands of it.

This is a predator group out of California they tell you they've been here in Utah for years but…read morethey haven't there is a reason they are on Predator row on State Street in Salt Lake told me they do not buy cars from auctions but trade-ins from dealerships after having them investigated they do buy from auctions they never pay over $3,000 for any of their cars and they are only rated at 51% Predator row is between 6900 South and 124th South State Street any used car dealership there are there for a reason it's so the state can watch them and keep close eyes on them I bought a car from them for $7,500 that they paid less than $2,500 for rated at a 47 but they really got the car from an Experian car auction stay away from these guys stay away from that area on State Street I knew where I was going for the car but I didn't know they were liars and con artists the car I bought from him they said was a great car nothing wrong with it from day one there was problems the turbo was shot the turbo release valve was shot the turbo kicked down was shot the ABS brake system was shot I am into this car another $4,000 for a car that they only paid $2,300 for and did nothing too before selling but lie once these guys make enough money or get caught they will change names get a different partner or move to another state where there is no lemon laws on used cars be very aware of these guys con artists
